Mariner Lakes est un endroit calme, confortable, bien situé maison de deux étages avec 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains avec un canapé-lit, lit king size en master, 2 lits jumeaux dans la 2Úme chambre, foyer au bois, et un dépistage dans le porche. Other than clean sheets, towels, rental had not been cleaned. Owners contacted and our cleaning fee reimbursed since we did the cleaning. Rental in a good location and peaceful area.

Beautiful home

Stayed in Orange Beach for a music festival on Gulf Shores with my best friends. This house was so perfect, Kathy and Barry were so communicative, and even called to check in and see how our stay was going. I would highly recommend this place if you’re ever coming to say.

The gate entry was only accessible when you got out of the vehicle and put in the code. Condo was nice and clean. Both bedrooms were upstairs with 14 stairs for us older women, this was a challenge. We had no access to the club house, the pictures made us think we were right on an inlet, which we weren’t. We were disappointed in that aspect. The tv was not user friendly! The pool was great! Those we came in contact with were very nice and friendly. We probably would not stay there again because we wanted a view of water. Thank you!

Great Vacation Rental

Spring break 2024

Visited from "up north" for spring break. Location was very nice. Right off "the strip" but still very quiet. Convenient walk to the beach and shoppes. Short drive to restaurants, but many to choose from. Nice distractions with tennis, pickle ball, basketball court and, of course, the pool. The condo itself was great. Clean and efficient with everything needed for a weeks stay. Would definitely go back.

Orange Beach

This condo is cute and clean and convenient to the pool and entry gate. The kitchen is well stocked, but small. The garage holds a BBQ grill, pool toys along with an extra fridge. Both bedrooms are upstairs - the master suite is very nice and spacious. It would be convenient to have a 3/4 bath accessible outside of the bedrooms. The beach access is just outside the back gate with parking available exclusively for Mariner Lakes guests, which is super nice. The boardwalk that takes you to the beach is just across the main drag. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful time!

The owners are AMAZING! There were a few issues but the owners were very helpful and immediate in getting our concerns and questions answered. It is a very quiet and comfortable place to be very close to the beach. We will be returning!

Great Stay

We had late teens and they enjoyed their single beds. The communication with the owners is quick. They relay important information in a timely manner. They were re siding the homes while we were there and they communicated that information and what to expect because of the construction. (We we’re unaffected by the siding during our stay). The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and even baking. We were able to keep our bikes in the garage during our stay. Getting to the beach was simple. It was easy to wait for the crosswalk walk signal to cross the highway to the locked gate for the boardwalk to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay

Spectacular Stay

This property was absolutely spectacular for our family vacation in Orange Beach, AL. The location, privacy, amenities, and the property itself made this a memorable stay for us. The property was perfect and beautiful as described in the listing. It was within walking distance to the shores, shopping, and restaurants. We would stay here again without hesitation? This rental was perfect. It is right across from the pool. The beach is super close. The rental provided everything we could want for our stay including pool floats and sand toys. It was comfortable and convenient for our family. Would recommend as a top stay!

Dr. Barry and Mrs. Kathy Amacker are residents of Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Barry is superintendent of education for the Jackson County School District and Kathy is a teacher at Ocean Springs High School. They enjoy getting away to Orange Beach as much as possible which led them to purchase this additional condo in order to provide the same relaxing opportunity for others.

They have two children and three grandchildren who enjoy coming to Orange Beach as well. It is always fun bringing the grands to the condo...they LOVE IT!

Barry is the author of two books 'These Old Shoes' and 'Power to Press On.' They are available through Amazon, Books a Million, Barnes and Noble as well as e-reader versions. Additionally, Barry and Kathy have done a daily radio program Power to Press On on WOSM 103.1 FM

Mariner Lakes provides choices of easy access to the beach, or quiet time away from the beach. The beach is located on the other side of Perdido Beach Blvd and this unit is approximately 300 feet from Perdido Beach Blvd. The unit is tremendously convenient to restaurants, shops, and activities.
