Recently painted and new flooring. Very livable. Fondue keys were not in lockbox. It took about an hour to get a hold of the rental company. They refunded some money to compensate.

Dog friendly Sun City stay
Was disappointed when the lock box was not functioning on a 113 degree afternoon. Luckily the gate was not locked and I gained entry at the door. Very pleased once I entered and adjusted the thermostat. Both bedrooms larger than expected. I spent the my first 66 years of my life in Phoenix and never experienced temps that high in late September. The condo was comfortable and we will probably stay again.

Wonderful stay in this Spruce St Apartment in Downtown Boulder! Super convenient with the main downtown avenue (Pearl St) only 1 block away and Mt. Sanitas Trailhead within less than a 1 mile walk. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished with everything you would need. The 2 bedrooms were really nice and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with nice pots and pans and cutlery for preparing and enjoying meals. Rusty was kind, communicative, and efficient about addressing any questions about the property. Only challenges to note were the staircase to enter the 2nd floor apartment (may be difficult, if mobility limited) and the lack of a washer/dryer in the unit (there are places for laundry within easy driving distance but a bit more challenging without a car). Temperature was well manageable with heat and air conditioning options as well as multiple fans and windows. Lastly, the marked parking spot out front and signage made the stay even more bespoke. Highly recommended!

We had trouble understanding how to get into the property. The one location didn't work and we did not know there was a second one so slept in car till we could get hold of someone to come and help us. The gate sticks and is hard to open and the screen door does not shut going into the house. We had trouble with the wi-fi also. Could have been us too. Overall it was ok.

The HOA required that the roof work be done and we apologize for the disruption you encountered. Additionally, they noted that the homeowner is having the solar put back on the they are working to secure a vendor to fix the garage door. We always strive to provide stress-free and relaxing getaways and our team is working to make sure that the issues you encountered don't happen again. Nicely updated home
Someone has take great care to update this older home. The flooring is new and everything has been newly painted. The linens and most kitchen items look to be new as well. The beds and interior were very comfortable. The patio area could have used more attention prior to our arrival, the bbq and chairs were nice but everything was covered in leaves and dirt. I notified Vacasa and it looked like someone stopped by and some point and swept the leaves on the chairs onto the patio floor. So now instead of sitting on leaves our feet could rest on top of the piles of leaves on the ground. Sadly we opted to just not use the patio. We also notified Vacasa that the front loading washing machine needed to have the seal cleaned since it was covered in a thick coating of mold. Leaving the laundry room smelling musty. It made me a little uneasy that the sheets We were sleeping on had been washed in that moldy washer. Our complaints were about the way the house was being maintained by an outside company and not about the house itself.
