This is a beautiful, clean, convenient property. The layout of the home is wonderful. It was perfect for our multi-family trip. Our family enjoyed having the golf cart and bikes. The pool was great! Everything about it was great. We were able to easily reach customer service to ask a question or two. Service was impeccable. We highly recommend this property. You will certainly enjoy your stay!

Home was as presented. Clean, great family layout.Cooked large family dinners 2 of the 3 nights and had everything we needed.There was a problem with the garbage disposal which was quickly taken care of by the host,

The property itself, 10/10. It is a beautiful home with plenty of room to accommodate large families. However, the Internet/wifi did not work. It seemed like the network could not handle a tv streaming and someone connecting to the WiFi at the same time. The seal on the refrigerator frequently popped off causing the ice maker to malfunction. The dishwasher did not work from day one and was not repaired until the afternoon before our departure. Additionally, the neighbors across the street are horrible. We were shuffling vehicles and lsvs, so I moved my vehicle to the next door neighbors driveway, temporarily. Less than 2 hours. The neighbors across the street were outside the entire time. They waited until everyone left, I was shuffling our group to the beach, by the time I made 2 trips to the beach and back my car had been towed. Instead of having a conversation they intentionally sought to cause distress. And to provide clarity, the homeowner/property next door was unoccupied at the time. We had not parked there overnight or in the way of any guests. This was the second time booking in the Highland Park neighborhood. The home we stayed in before was smaller but better neighbors. We will not book this home again for that reason alone. I spent far too much money and did my best to respect the rules of the home and neighborhood to be treated like a nuisance and have to deal with insensitive neighbors.
