For utility monitoring and system security, one exterior camera is located at the back side of the house at a restricted, non‑guest maintenance area. This device is fixed‑position to monitor mechanical equipment only, has zero visibility of the pool deck or guest recreation spaces and does not record audio. For guest safety and local town compliance, this home is equipped with a 24/7 monitored SimpliSafe smoke and carbon monoxide alarm system. (No interior cameras or audio recording devices are present).
