Welcome to your modern Sarasota escape—where luxury and comfort come together just steps from Sarasota Bay and minutes from downtown. This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo at 1703 North Tamiami Trail is situated on the south side of the building, filling the space with natural light throughout the day.
Relax in the open living area, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and step out onto your private balcony with views stretching toward Sarasota Bay and the city skyline. Thoughtful upgrades, modern finishes, and a calm contemporary style create a space that feels like your own home away from home.

About This Space
The condo is hosted by a husband-and-wife team who live full-time on the property, giving you both privacy and peace of mind knowing support is nearby whenever you need it.
Host Dariusz will do his best to meet you upon arrival, show you around, and answer any questions about the home and neighborhood. We want you to feel comfortable, welcome, and relaxed throughout your entire stay.
