Close to Lido beach and St Armond's Square, the unit boasts all of the amenities. It's a 1 Bedroom plus a den and 2 full baths comfortably sleeping 4. Take a paddleboard directly from the building to Sarasota Bay or watch the sunset from the private balcony. Minutes from everywhere you want to go in the area.

The condo was as lovely as depicted in the online photos. Much attention was paid to detail making our stay enjoyable - such as a well-stocked kitchen, very clean and contemporary accommodations, useful items for the beach and household/toiletry amenities.The reason for my average rating for check-in was due to me needing to provide my driver's license in advance for check-in (which I've not had to do with numerous previous VRBO rentals) and I was traveling elsewhere so this was a bit of a challenge for me.We would definitely stay here again and appreciated our hosts' responsiveness and providing a delightful and clean vacation rental. We loved it here!

Sarasota winter experience

I wanted to give Sarasota an extended visit to see if I would like to spend more time there. to Sarasota and my selection to stay at the wonderful condo. My hosts couldn’t of been any nicer. They are quick to answer, help and give you what is needed for a great stay in their home. The apartment is immaculate, fresh and new. I felt comfortable immediately. The view from the terrace is fabulous, perfect spot for spectacular sunset viewing. The complex is lovely. The people are friendly. I had a wonderful, most positive experience. Also, I am a single woman and felt safe and secure!

Great property, Great location

The condo was great. The layout was convenient and modern with the kitchen, livingroom and diningroom in one open area. It had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay including great appliances. The view was beautiful and really added to our stay. The location was also excellent - a quiet location and convenient to many attractions and beaches. Gina was a fantastic host and was very prompt in responding to questions and providing assistance if needed. She was so easy to work with which also contributed to a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again in the future. Great exoerience!

Amazing place and lovely neighborhood

I stayed in the place for 18 nights and enjoyed every one of them! The place is cozy, clean and beautiful with modern furniture and appliances. The view from the balcony is unbelievable and has phenomenal sunset view! The complex is very nice and safe to walk around, especially near the waterfront. It also has a gym and a pool. The place is about five minutes away from my favorite restaurants in downtown Sarasota. Gina was an amazing host and always willing to help and respond to any questions. I loved the place and planning to come with my partner next time!
