The pool heater wasn't working for most of trip except the last three days. This was nofault of the host. The host and property manager were very helpful throughout my stay of 3 weeks.

Beautiful apartment/great location

We recently spent two weeks at Jeff’s apartment and had a great time. It is exactly like the pictures on the VRBO site - new, clean, very secure and with good decor. The location was fantastic being so close to downtown but right on the water. The apartment had everything we needed, plus thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and a few laundry & dishwasher pods which really helped us out while we got settled in after a long flight. My kids also loved the pool and hot tub, and everyone we met was very friendly. Communication with Jeff was fantastic; he was so quick to respond to questions. All of his instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend!

Modern, with a great view

This was a perfect place for us. Everything was clean and organized. There was a nice patio that looked out onto a large canal with boats
 Very serene. Very short drive to downtown Sarasota, which offers lots of nice restaurants. We usually stay in a hotel when we visit Sarasota, but not anymore we’re going to be coming back to this property. Thanks, Jeff, for helping me with all my questions.

Love This Place!!!

Very bright and clean condo. We usually stay in units located on, or within a block or two of a beach, so wasn't sure how we would like this type of property. We absolutely loved this place!. The balcony view of the canal was very nice and relaxing. The finishes inside the unit were new and modern. We were very comfortable here. It was a perfect location for exploring the Sarasota area and driving to Lido Beach. Everything we needed was near by. The host was also pleasant to deal with and prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

THIS PLACE WAS ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT FOR ME AND MY SON!! IT WAS CLEAN, IT WAS A GREAT LOCATION FOR ME AND THE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE BAY WAS AMAZING. JEFF THE HOST MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY, HE WAS VERY PRECISE IN GIVING DIRECTION'S. MY 1ST TIME STAYING IN A VRBO I NORMALLY TRAVEL BY MYSELF BUT BECAUSE MY SON CAME ALONG I KNEW I WAS SAFE. Great spot

We booked this for our family as our kids were in a wedding nearby. Convenient to St Armand’s, airport and restaurants. The security gates made it feel secure and the balcony views over the water were great. Enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely Perfect Stay

My husband and I stayed here for a month and loved every minute. The interior of the condo was just like the pictures - beautiful, clean, modern and open. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The guest room was a bit small, but no complaints. The kitchen was well-stocked. We LOVED the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful views from there every single day! We also made good use of the fitness center, pool, hot tub and especially the grill - we met some really nice people out there! The location can’t be beat - close to downtown and the airport, Publix grocery store and the Bay just blocks away, lots of public parks nearby and 15 or so minutes to St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach. Jeff was THE BEST. He was friendly, attentive and very responsive - We didn’t have a blender so he ordered one for us immediately and personally delivered it. We had a minor issue with the sink drain in the master bath so he sent someone over to fix it the next day. He even took time to show us how to navigate the TV. Thank you again Jeff! We cannot wait to return!!
