Small pets with prior approval and one time fee $100 per pet, but please clean up after them in the yard, must be on a leash when in the yard, and please keep them off the beds and furniture.
The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath, the other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor.
We have rock steps down to the lake - they are part of the retaining wall. They are big steps, but they are rocks and often icy in winter so enter at your own risk.
