This spacious private apartment is situated next to the owners home. It is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. A great location, the beach, boulevard and city center all on a walking distance from this nice place.

The apartment is very comfortable and fits all your needs. You enter the apartment at the left side of the main house and you can park at the drive way. There is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Adjacent large bedroom with comfortable kingsize bed and sauna. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Air-conditioned house.

In front of the studio there is a little terrace that you can use.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Zandvoort train station is at walking distance, direct connections with Amsterdam, Haarlem and Schiphol Airport.

Lovely apartment in great location of Zandvoort. Less than 5 minutes to the beach when you walk. Parking area for your apartment available which is highly recommended in Zandvoort. We'll come back!

Nice place at central location

Very close to the beach and the center of Zandvoort. Nice little garden. Very quiet. Kitchen equipment a little poor. But rest of appartment was great.

Bugs, bugs, bugs

Don't believe all that Smiling Host Zandvoort tell you. Several things were wrong or didn't work. Had to ask how to use Hob and microwave, flooring in bad/ancient conditions but too upset by the whole experience

Bugs n stuff , not a place I would recommend for you. No dustpan or brush, shower hanging off the wall, shabby and broken floor boards, too many trip hazards walking around, on the dated laminate flooring, bed is not a King size bed but two divans put to look like one, . When it rained, and there was a lot, waterbut poured out into the garden making it noisey and water could be heard dripping immediately over the bed. Broken fridge door which we reported. Host was not quite right when reporting the bugs, said they were something else but asked if we wanted to move. We asked for the same amenities as our apartment and they did not suggest anywhere else., despite telling VRBO a different story. Also told the apartment needed fumigation if they were Bed Bugs, which the host said they were not. The owner said it could not be done with us insitu and he didn't offer a different place. This sorry episode had me on edge and spoilt what was going to be a celebration for myself and husband. We have stayed in other countries in similar situations but this was absolutely Awful.Someone should be held accountable and no offer of compensation, we were made to look the problem and no real help.The whole property needs a lick of paint, exterior is cracked, and in a sorry state, plenty of weeds too

Super schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Angefangen vom freundlichen und einfachen Check-in über die tolle Sauna im Schlafzimmer, der tollen Lage und dem einfachen Check-out. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Die Lage ist gut aber die Wohnung ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Heizung gibt es nicht - wir haben teilweise gefroren Eingangstüre luftig Wohnung abgewohnt Sauna relativ neu Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität

Diese Immobilie ist wirklich sehr gut gelegen und sie verfügt sogar über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Alles vor Ort hat unkompliziert funktioniert und die Kommunikation war spitze.

Komfortables Appartment in ruhiger und idealer Lage!

Das Appartment ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Ein Plus ist der private Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber ideal gelegen, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, im Naturschutzgebiet oder im Ortszentrum. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr großzügig, sauber, ruhig, wenige 100 m zum Strand

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Ein Fahrrad kann man unkompliziert neben der Wohnung in einer Garage abstellen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Alles angenehm bequem: Bett + Couch. Das Bad hochwertig und man fühlt sich wohl.

Goed bevallen..

Het huis staat in een rustige buurt en is twee minuten lopen van de zee en 5 minuten van het centrum. Wij genoten van het wandelen op het strand en het weer was ook goed, zonnig en warm. In de slaapkamer stond de infrarode sauna en maakte onze vakantie compleet. Al met al is het verblijf ons goed bevallen.
