Nice condo

We had a very pleasant five weeks stay. The condo is well laid out and gets nice east light in the morning. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is very bright and well stocked. It was very clean and the caring owners met us and explained everything, they would have responded right away if we had needed anything, but we did not have any problems. The condo is part of a small community and we met many friendly people and enjoyed the clubhouse and pool. much more fun than renting a house in the area.

This was just fantastic. Landlords were amazing. Went over the top to make certain our visit was perfect. This was the absolute nicest condo in the entire complex. It felt just like a home and not your typical VRBO rental. Totally well stocked kitchen with everything you need for any baking and cooking. Plenty of seating all over the condo to relax in. The salt water pool was wonderful. We will be back next year. Thanks so much for having us.

Excellent and comfortable

We just completed a 3 month stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Before and during our stay, if we had questions, Dennis and Jan were extremely responsive and very pleasant to deal with. The condo was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and contained everything we needed for a pleasant stay to include linens, all the kitchen necessities, and even an electric grill on the patio. All we had to do was unpack our suitcase. The condo is on the ground floor with a large covered patio with very nearby reserved covered parking! Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

My Stay at La Solana

I've stayed at half a dozen Vrbo properties over the past couple of years and all have been 5 star. This one was 6 star. From the hosts, property condition, community, and location, right down to the amenities like small appliances, utensils, extra linen, extra towels, toiletries, some non-perishable food commodities, water and flavored drinks. It was awsome!

Snowbird retreat

The property is exactly as described, it was clean and the owners are very responsive. The location couldn’t have been better. Within a couple of miles are restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, the library most anything you would need. We met several people within the community and enjoyed them all. We look forward to returning.

Excellent month!

This condo was even better than the pictures! Convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and beautiful pool. This place is loaded with everything you need to feel at home right away. Dennis has thought of everything: gorgeous furniture, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, even several choices of pillows for a great nights sleep! We loved this place!!

Great Vacation Spot

This is a very quiet and well-appointed ground floor condominium unit. The owner was very responsive when there was a problem with the cable TV. He took it upon himself on a Saturday afternoon to ensure the issue was resolved satisfactorily. HIGHLY recommended!

Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dennis and Jan’s condo in La Solana. It was super comfortable, well decorated, and super clean! The landscaping for the whole complex is beautiful! It has a wonderful safe area where you can walk, plus a great club house that has quite a variety of activities. The people are all so friendly! About five minutes away is the Sun City Grand Community Center. Here too, the people are so friendly. We think that in both the condo and the community center have so much to offer in activities. As everyone says if you can’t find something that you like to do, you must be nuts! Dennis and Jan are very friendly. They gave us a great rundown of their condo, all the info we needed for La Solana, and the area around the condo. We truly enjoyed our month long stay. They said we could call them anytime with questions, but because of their thorough explanation of all that is available, we did not have to call. We will definitely come back! Merle & Kathy

Everything We Wanted and More

From the day we sent off our request for rental, we received clear and prompt communication from Dennis and Jan. They were at the condo to greet us and show us around. When we mentioned that Bob was going to play golf but I had not brought my clubs they offered to loan us a set of ladies clubs. The condo was very comfortable and the only semi complaint we had was that my husband was disappointed that the cable did not include ESPN or the other sports channels. The condo is close to all types of shopping and activities. If we hadn't bought our own home, we would eagerly stay at the La Solana condo again.
