Welcome to this renovated home. This duplex rents as 1 home in the summer. The upstairs 3-bedroom, 2 bath upper unit of a duplex with fantastic deck space just steps from the beach access. The beautiful and fully stocked kitchen includes a French press, a drip and pod coffee maker. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has a 55" Smart TV with streaming options and comfortable furniture. The master bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, king bed and ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. The third bedroom has a daybed with a twin trundle. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The lower unit is nearly identical with the same amenities, kitchen, dining, and living room spaces. The master bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, king bed and ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. The third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Both units include a washer/dryer combo. There are 2 outdoor showers to make cleaning off the sand and salt a breeze.

This beach house is perfect for the family providing a variety of perks that you will not find in other rentals including a charcoal grill, cordless charging stations, baby bath, high chair, pack-n-play, kids games and books, beach gear and more!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we could possibly need. The location was great and so close to a public beach access, there was no need to drive. The pool was beautiful and clean. This will be our go to place when we go to Amelia Island!

Cozy split-level duplex with parking for four vehicles, small pool and a new BBQ gas grill. The interior is compact, clean, comfortable and decorated with a modern coastal interior design. My estimate would be approximately 1,250–1,400 square feet, per floor.Having lived in Florida pool homes and around East Coast beach communities for more than 60 years—from the Gold Coast to the Space Coast—I would describe this as a typical renovated beachside rental property. There is no particular "wow" factor that sets it apart from other beach homes I've been in, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with the property, either inside or out.What you're really paying for is the location. It is conveniently situated near everything Amelia Island has to offer, including beaches, restaurants, fishing, downtown Fernandina Beach, local shops and plenty of opportunities to simply enjoy the relaxed coastal atmosphere. The island itself is charming, the people are friendly and there is no shortage of things to do.Overall, I would rate the property above avg. at 3.75 stars. It has the potential to be a five-star rental with a few additional luxury touches in the kitchen and baths. Would I stay here again? Yes, but it's not built to accommodate all 12 guests on one floor to host big dinners, birthdays, etc. The location alone makes it worth considering. Just realize that a significant portion of the rental is tied to where it sits rather than any features of the home itself.
