The unit was better than advertised. It was clean and very tastefully decorated. The photos on VRBO doesn't do it justice. The unit was also well-stocked with silverware, plates, glasses, etc. Easy access to the pool just one floor down. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very nice condo

Condo was really clean. One of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in at PCB. Excellent proximity to beach and pool.

Enjoyable Visit

The condo was clean and orderly. The wording of the double twin bunk bed led some in the party to believe there were 2 sets of bunk beds. However, the single set of bunk beds did match the pictures on the website.

Best family vacation ever!

We have been visiting PCB for quite a few years and this condo, by far, was the best one yet! It was beautifully furnished, very clean with an awesome view over the beach and that swimming pool! Our host, Judy, was extremely nice and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect view

The property was beautiful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Two pools and hot tubs to enjoy when we didn't want to go down to the beach and a short elevator ride and you were able to walk out to the beach. It was wonderful. I've never used verbo before, so checking in was a little stressful cuz I've only checked into hotels. If only i'd pulled up the rental agreement first and looked at the top and I'd never have had an issue *insert face palm*. Judy was wonderful and helped me out. Only downside was the traffic ... Being on the main strip was rough. But there were some tasty restaurants within walking distance and you could walk to pier park if you wanted. All in all it was a great stay.

Great stay!

The view and location were perfect. One elevator was broken when we got there, but got fixed the very next day. If you plan to cook, please be aware that you need to buy everything. No condiments at all and only one TP roll was provided for every restroom. Overall, great stay! We will definitely come back. The pool and hot tubs were a bonus!

There was only one pool and spa open, so that made the one pool and spa very crowded. There was never a time when we could enjoy the spa. VRBO needs to state in the advertisement about the parking fee. I have never stayed at any resort where there was a parking fee.

Beautiful condo, check in blunders

No problems with the property. It was clean, wonderful location. It is rowdy in the evening due to the pool outside, but it closes at 10. Very clean. The sink was leaking. Judy sent someone over who quickly fixed it. Our only issue is that Judy sent us the wrong code for the unit. We were a late arrival, so our code didn’t work and when we called at midnight no one answered. According to security, several people had the same issue that day. I get that you may not answer your phone at midnight, but we also should have been given the correct code. I texted and emailed asking for a refund for the one night, but no reply. So my spouse and I, our 5 kids, we slept in a too tight vehicle with our luggage. Shame that no effort was put in to make it right other than saying sorry. I have proof we were given the wrong code.

Spring break getaway with Grand kids

Great time “hanging out” with four of my grandchildren( 8-23) everything was close by. Next time, and ‘Yes’ there will be a next time, we probably not rent a car. The pool was lovely and the beach was right in front of us! Everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves was in the condo. Thank you! A.

Would Stay Again

Overall we had a great stay and would book this property again. There is some noise from the pool especially the last week when spring break activity picked up, but overall that was not an issue. Great having parking directly below the condo. Very convenient to keep our beach chair in the car. Fitness facility was very good.

Really enjoyed out trip

We enjoyed the condo, but it could use a few updates. Ice maker was broke, appliances were older, furniture needed cleaning, along with the vents. Hall bath had mold in the shower. All easy fixes, and otherwise we enjoyed our time there!
