Welcome to Cliffside Lodge. Perched above the water this home exudes rustic sophistication. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is designed for those who value the view. Situated on a scenic cliff with panoramic lake views. The home features a heated pool, a cliffside hot tub and three king suites, each with its own private bathroom.

**Please note the pools are open from Memorial weekend until labor day weekend.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The gourmet kitchen features a granite island with seating for three, professional-grade stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a quiet morning at the café table for two, a dedicated coffee bar with wine cooler, or the formal dining room with seating for eight.

There is a half bath at the entry with a single vanity sink.

Living Areas
There are multiple living areas at the lodge. Take in the gorgeous lake views from the lounge area featuring two sofas and accent chairs. Gather in the great room centered by a stone fireplace, a leather couch, accent chairs, and double doors that open to the balcony or enjoy some quiet time in the open-concept study.

Bedroom 1
The first bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a mounted flat screen TV, a seating area, and access onto the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a boutique closet, split vanity sinks, and an expansive walk-in shower.

Downstairs Living Area
The Living area downstairs features a wet bar with wine cooler, a dining table with seating for six and an oversized sectional sofa with mounted flat screen TV. There is a half bath with a single vanity sink located off the living area.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, walk-in closet, and views of the pool. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and direct views of the lake and pool area.

Bathroom 3
The third bathroom features a double vanity sink and a soaking tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features two full over full bunk beds and an attached bath with double vanity sinks and a soaking tub/shower combo.

Outside
Experience the ultimate retreat across two expansive levels of outdoor luxury. The lower terrace features sun loungers by the heated pool, and a shaded lounge area with two sofas and a coffee table. Relax in the hot tub for some front row lake action. The upper deck features a dining terrace with a sleek black table and hybrid bench seating. This house is all about the views and you can take them in from anywhere you choose.**Since this home is located on a cliff (which is how you get the one of a kind views) there is no dock or access to into the lake.

This home is located in Sunrise Beach near Porto Cima Golf Club. This neighborhood is less than 10 minutes from the lakefront Paradise Tropical Bar & Restaurant, 15 minutes from Captain Rons and 15 minutes from Frankie & Louies! This neighborhood is conveniently located between Sunrise Beach and Lake Ozark, putting you on either side of the lake within minutes. The Bagnell Dam Strip, Baxter’s, JB Hooks, and several other popular attractions are just 8 minutes away, and Osage Beach is 15 minutes away.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $1500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

● Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex
● Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher
● Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.

● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
