We built an entertainment museum for guests to enjoy.
The home was built in 1900 and it looks similar to the Home Alone house. Inside looks like you stepped back in time 100 years, visiting your great grandmothers house with all her cool stuff still on display. Everything is nostalgic throughout the home. Outside there’s an entertainment paradise to enjoy. Fun games which allow you to enjoy this large, secluded property to the fullest. Home on 5 acres in safe neighborhood with endless parking.

Home sits on 5 acres and neighbors are far away for maximum privacy. It has the largest pool in the Lake county, 20x45. Overlooking the pool is a large pergola patio with lots of seating and outdoor lighting. There is a locking entrance gate. There is a 4 car garage. We have 1,000+ trees on the property including many 100 year old spooky oak trees, with swings of course. Parking for RVs, boats or 100+ cars. The property is huge and extremely safe. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened patio overlooking the lake and watching the birds play in the trees. The wildlife plays wonderful music in the morning. We have a full court basketball with 2 hoops, 9-hole frisbee golf course, a pickleball court, pool volleyball net, soccer nets, horseshoes, golf putting green, mini yoga studio, retro bicycles…

Inside the home looks like you stepped into the 1900s. I keep everything old school. The vintage furnishings, funky mirrors, 100+ black and white nostalgic photos and rich oil paintings throughout the house. You can play a game of chess on the 2nd floor patio overlooking the lake while watching the wildlife play in the trees. The home has everything you need for cooking, pressure cooker, rice cooker, blender…
There is a laundry room and a game room that is off the charts cool. Full size pool table, 2 professional arcade games with 100+ gaming options, old school Atari with 200+ games, x-box with games, and a monster TV on the wall. The game room has lots of nostalgic pictures to enjoy. There’s an indoor bowling set and a 15ft golf putting green. We have 2 indoor fireplaces in the living room with another monster TV and lots of seating. The living room connects to a large screened outdoor patio, giving a sense of outdoor living space to the inside. Upstairs has an additional screened patio with a sleeper bed and lots of seating. Chess lovers can enjoy a beautiful lake view and wildlife sounds while playing on vintage chess board.
No bottled water needed. Brand new whole house water filter/conditioner system with an additional 7 stage filter for super fresh water at the sink. Home has central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable. There are 2 humidifiers to use if needed.

We are 1 mile from the Villages, 1 mile to restaurants, 2 miles to Walmart, Aldi, 45 min to Disney, 1 hr to Orlando airport.
