This home was so clean and homey. It was everything my family and I needed and I will definitely be staying here again when we head back down to Florida. Our host and hostess were very quick to respond and very informative about things to do in the city or where to have groceries delivered from. The house was immaculate with more than enough room for all of us. 10 out of 10!!

This met and exceeded all our expectations! The location was an easy 15 minutes from my MIL’s place in Spanish Springs, and a central location for all the family celebrations being held to celebrate her 90th birthday. The main kitchen and living room was even larger than expected, and provided the perfect area for our three families to relax and share time together. I thought it would be too hot for the jacuzzi, but we all enjoyed it at various times during the evenings during our stay.The stocked snack tray that greeted us on our available was a nice touch that perfectly reflected the attention to guests’ needs that have been provided throughout the house.We would be delighted to stay here again when we return in the future. (Perhaps for a 100th birthday celebration!!)

Great Stay!

Loved all the amenities i.e. coffee, snacks that were there upon check in. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Daughter traveling with us said she really appreciated all the hooks in the bathroom so all of her kids had a place for their towels.

Extremely clean, well decorated home with everything a family needs or expects on vacation. Plenty of room for our family of 8, including 6 “kids” ages 17-23. Appreciated the extras, like the stocked snacks and paper products. Loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub. Enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood daily…Plenty of shops within walking distance. Host was very attentive, helpful, and readily available. Highly recommend, and plan to come back for another stay!

This was our second stay in this propety. We returned because of the space to accomodate 3 generations of our family traveling from out of state and its proximity to our daughter and 3 year old grandson who live in Lady Lake. It is close to the grocery store and is very clean and spacious. The fenced backyard is great to keep the younger grandchildren corraled. The host is very when we had questions

As soon as you walked into the the retreat home, you noticed that it was super clean and smelled awesome! All 3 families who walked in noticed that! We enjoyed the welcome snacks too! It was decorated so nice and friendly. It was comfortable for our 3 families! The hot tub was perfect after a day of clearing out and cleaning my dads nearby home. The location was easy to get to stores and nearby restaurants. We had fun at Beef O Brady's who had a fun 70s-80s music Bingo game going on with the DJ. Communication with Dave was excellent. He made sure to check on us throughout our stay and even helped accommodate us for a late check out!!

It’s conveniently located near The Villages for visiting family and friends and close to the World Equestrian Center. Within an hour’s drive, you can reach theme parks, the Nature Coast for fishing and wildlife watching, or a charming small town in central Florida. It’s also a perfect spot for your work crew to relax and recharge in a quiet setting.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Situated in a peaceful neighborhood of families and retirees, this is the perfect spot whether you’re looking to relax and recharge after your outings or enjoy a quiet stay with friends. (Please note, it’s not ideal for groups looking to party like a frat house.) The spacious home features a private fenced yard and is new construction a few years ago. The furnishings are the result of a collaboration between a professional designer and Dee, who has an incredible eye for design. From the snacks waiting for you after a long day on the road to the comfortable furniture and luxurious beds. Village Retreat is located next to Horsey Haven’s sister house, and if both are rented together, they can accommodate you and 19 of your friends and family. The backyard has a large gate that can be opened, allowing easy access between the two properties.
