This studio apartment was beautiful and comfortable. It was right on the water and Frasier invited us to sit on the dock at sunset-gorgeous view. Dog friendly place and Twig, the owner’s dog, barked a little and then they were friends. Close to downtown restaurants and historic sites.

This is the most amazing peaceful off the beaten path, beautiful nature environment! Definitely worth checking out this area and staying here. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for about 10 years and I never came inland to see the inner Banks.The apartment is perfect size brand new very clean. Has everything One would need for a quiet getaway. Don't miss the sunset and the sunrise from the dock!

This is a nice spot outside of downtown Edenton. Staying here allows for peace and quiet in the country with a water view and an easy drive to experience life in town. The above garage studio apartment, which is new construction, has the basics for a great getaway for a few days. Will be back! The host is friendly, wants you to enjoy your visit, and is happy to answer questions.

Garage apartment was fine. Stairway to upper level might be a challenge for some folks. Waterfront site is splendid. Location is in Edenton limits, but about ten miles east of the town center, a 15 minute drive. Host Fraser very welcoming. Edenton is great historic town with good food.

I love the smell of new everything. New paint, new home. And caught a catfish on the pier. Absolutely fabulous host. It was relaxing, peaceful and beautiful.

Everything was excellent! I didn't realize that this was a studio and the bed was in the living area without any walls. I didn't mind- just didn't realize. Also, its very bright in the morning. I had an eye mask so it wasn't a problem. It's a beautiful spot and Frazer, the host is wonderful!

I would give Fraser and his place a 12/10 if I could. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. Perfect for a solo traveler of a couple. The price is reasonable for the quality of stay. The property is great, complete with good sunset views off the dock. Fraser also has a border collie named Twig, who is very sweet and loves to play ball. I will definitely be reaching out about staying here when I return in the future!
