-Cleaning Policy: After fun day at the beach, be sure to wash off all sand in outdoor shower on the southside of the house or at front hose area outside front gate before entering the home, pool or spa. Shake out excess beach towels please. Excessive cleaning fee may be applied if not adhered to.
-Occupancy Policy: The number of guests occupying the property must always match the number of guests on the confirmed VRBO reservation. Any disrepancy must be reported by the guest and approved by the host before check-in. After booking reservation, adding any additional guests will incur a minimum additional fee of $150/night per guest. Unauthorized occupancy consistutes a violation of the rental agreement may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
