Well stocked kitchen. The king size bed was very comfortable. Loved being able to sit on the front porch in the evenings a catch a cool-ish breeze. Everything was perfect for our quick little getaway to recharge! Thanks so much for letting us use your property!

The host is friendly and responds quickly. Easy to check and out. The cottage is very clean, has lots of extras to make it feel homey! Things like lotion, bathroom spray, toiletries, all kitchen needs! It is 4 blocks right to an entrance to the beach. Close to Kure Beach (just steps right as you enter the beach at Carolina Beach). Close to restaurants, quick marts and a small grocery store. Wrap around front porch too! We are repeat renters, we really enjoy this cottage!

Great location, minutes of walk to beach and walking distance to boardwalk. House is clean and inviting. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked. Perfect for a family vacation. TV has many channels. We were able do watch FIFA games at house. Rabin is very responsive. We had a great time at beach. Thank you!

When we arrive the house had strong odor. We had to get so fresher spray to take odor away. The is in a great location to the beach.

I want to apoligize for any odor that you encountered, wish you would have contacted me to let me know and i could have rectified the situation as this is the first time that we have heard of this kind of issue at our home. We pay cleaners to clean and sanitize the home so there should not be any issues with odor. Again I truly apologize.

Loved this stay! It was perfect for our 1 & 2 year old for their first beach visit. We even brought our family dog, too! Very comfortable and close to the beach and activities. We had no issues.

The House was very clean and close to the beach, the only downside was that there wasn't very much hot water in the shower, overall it was a great place to stay!!

This cottage is so very cute! Right on a big corner lot about 3 blocks from a public beach entrance. You can see the beach entrance from the driveway. Nicely decorated and clean. Updated too. Perfect for a family. Provided linens, towels and beach towels. Beach toys too! A huge front porch that had a breeze the entire time! An outdoor hose on the side to rinse off your feet and sand. The kitchen was nicely stocked too. We will use this cottage again!
