Large 2 bedroom, sleeps 6, 30 seconds to the sand!

This 1,000 sq foot, clean and updated condo has plenty of sleeping room for a big family at the desirable North end of Carolina Beach. Right next to the Carolina Beach fishing pier (under new ownership: new food menu, Tiki bar & more) & Freeman park, which is the only dog beach on the island. You'll be out the door and in the sand in less than 30 seconds.

Enjoy being close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Carolina Beach but sleeping at the quieter part of the island. Freeman Park has some of the best sunsets around and you can enjoy them all from the pier which is right next to our building.

A wonderful stay

Lady's getaway was wonderful! Close to all of the shops, the beach, and great restaurants. The condo was spacious and clean and provided everything for cooking and morning coffee on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Great vacation!

We had the best time at Carolina Beach! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious and cozy enough for everyone to feel right at home. It was super clean, too! The location couldn’t be better; we were just a short stroll away from the beach and the pier. Plus, Julius and Carey were such awesome hosts! We highly recommend this lovely spot for your next getaway!

Great week away from the norm. The condo was just right for us. Nice location to the beach and has all amenities inclusive in the unit. Price is reasonable too with a responsive host.

The condo is in a great location on the north end of the Island and has a short walk to the beach and the Carolina Beach pier! The condo was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a blast at carolina beach in this beautiful condo. They had everything we would need there from the kitchen stuff to bathroom stuff all the way to having toys for the kids to take on the beach. The decoration of this condo was fantastic. We were so close to the pier, we heard the music playing and could go join the fun. We loved the whole idea of the memory book that each guest was able to tell about their stay and recommended great places to eat and have family fun. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful place for our family from Hickory, NC to enjoy our vacation!

Slow down with family

Loved the convience of how close the condo is to the sand! Loved how we could take our new addition to the family our pup Quinn. Communication between Julius and Carey was easy and quick to respond. The condo has all we needed to enjoy our time there. Everyone we met was super nice as well. The area is just beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Great Family Beach Condo!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our two kids and the dog. The condo is decorated so nice and stocked with extra things if you forgot something. We enjoyed the short walk to the pier for a drink and live music. The guitar for guests to play was a fun touch. Great having the pool after a long day at the beach. Note the beach access is by the pier. We first walked the opposite way and many are closed due to beach erosion project. Thanks for having us we hope to return soon!

Perfect set up for our family of four and pup. Had a great family vacation! Love the location, short walk to beach. Condo has any amenity you could need. Very clean and up to date. You can walk a couple miles up the beach of Freeman park to the inlet and there’s no one around, beautiful area to find shells. Make sure to set your alarms to see the sunrise! Also the pier across the street was really cool to watch the fireworks from. The host is great and provides an awesome instructional video that helps with the minor details like parking and where to take the pup to the bathroom. K38 was a great recommendation, everything was so good and fresh. Thanks again! Cheers!

Perfect break!

Surf Break provided the perfect space for our busy family to take a break! Our crew of 4 and our 2 Boston Terriers had a wonderful week of rest and relaxation. We cooked in the well equipped and stocked kitchen, spent time after beach days in the pool, and slept like babies in the comfy beds! Super communication with the host and every question was answered quickly. There was a herd of elephants, or at least that’s what they sounded like, above us, but that’s out of the owner’s control. Also note the public beach access directly across from the units is closed due to beach erosion, also totally out of the host’s control. Freeman Park is steps away though, so beach access is close. We chose to walk a few blocks south as we rented chairs and umbrellas for the week and they don’t set up beyond the public access. All in all, this condo was pretty close to perfect and I look forward to booking again in the future! Make sure if you stay in the area to take a walk about a mile and a half north of the pier for some of the most amazing views and seashells I’ve ever seen! It’s a beachcombers dream!
