This new, open concept home features modern decor throughout that all are sure to enjoy. The bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of room for meal prep. Outside, the spacious and furnished deck is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the great summer weather, plus this home has space to park your boat or RV.



What’s nearby:

This home is located just five miles north of Florence on Hwy 101. Old Town Florence is a great place to explore and has many fun shops and local restaurants to choose from. When staying here, make sure you save time to make the short drive north to see the breathtaking Oregon coastline, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and the world-famous Sea Lion Caves.

Perfect house near the beach

We loved how beautiful the home is with updated features and how clean and well kept it is. The location was absolutely perfect, quick walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store, old town and popular hikes and attractions. We already can’t wait to plan a trip back!

Lovely, quiet retreat

This home is so relaxing. The beds and most of the seating is super comfy (except the dining chairs). The street is quiet other than some squabbling crows. This is our second time srating here and we hope to come back again!

Updated, clean and safe house

We loved everything about this home. It was one of the most well stocked homes we’ve rented. Location was great, easy access to the beach and close to our family who live in town. The house feels larger than it is with the tall ceilings and windows. Perfect for a family of four. We’ll be back!

PERFECT SPOT.

It has been rare to find a spot so close to the beach that isn't a zillion dollars or is so old that it still has 50 years of sand in the same carpet it was built with. This home is absolutely beautiful and had everything someone would need to stay comfortably in for a long amount of time. It is in direct contact with a small "Hobbit trail" that someone has kept clearing out for neighbors and guests to be able to access the peaceful beach easily and the neighborhood is quiet. 10 out of 10 and would visit this home again!

Clean and cute house in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the beach, but it is a fun and adventurous little trail. Shower in master bath is very nice!
