Location was great. House was clean and well kept and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of this vrbo is fantastic. You are just a block away from the center of Manzanita and the beach. And the actual bungalow is very cute. I think it is important for everyone to realize it is an open concept bungalow so there is one bedroom that is closed off but the loft with the other beds is open to the living room and kitchen. There is a room next to the closed bedroom which we were not clear what it is but I would advise the hosts to stick a bed in there and increase both the space and privacy for people who are staying there. We had a few issues when we got in like the ROKU pin is not shared on the tv so if you want to add an app, you cannot do that; another was that the clean dishes from before were left in the dishwasher so we had to take them out; and last, there was a service signal that came on when we used the stove. When I was finally able to talk to a local vrbo host (and that took me a while since what you are initially provided is the contact for the generic vrbo contact and they really are unable to help), they gave me a 200 reimbursement for my troubles. Even if the location is so great, I do think the cost of this vrbo was too much, considering these issues, unless there are no issues that come up in the future and a bed can be added in that room next to the closed off bedroom.

This is a very cute place. Our only issue was that we weren’t aware of the height of the staircase . Since the king bed was up there we weren’t able to use it because did not feel safe on the staircase. It is a beautiful staircase and I showed it to several family members but didn’t feel safe for us to use .
