The Space:

Spinnaker is a spacious cottage located only one short block to the beach, two blocks to the city park, and four blocks to downtown Manzanita. Just one house off the beach, it's easy access to take a walk on the shore. This economically priced home is a real treat for families who want to get away from it all!



The cedar interior, open floor plan, and brick fireplace makes Spinnaker perfect for your cozy getaway. This living area is set up with a TV and VCR for movie nights, while the kitchen is well-equipped with wraparound counter space. The small deck in the backyard has French doors entering into one of the bedrooms for convenient outdoor access.



Perfect for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach, the hose outside has both hot and cold water. And since Spinnaker is a pet friendly home, you can bring your dogs to run on the beach with you!

Arrived at 4pm check in time. Dryer was stuffed with a ton of towels, still wet, and bathrooms not stocked. All 3 beds we used had sand in them and the same with the floors in general. The main couch in the living room also covered in sand. Good location but not cleaned to expectations.

Nice home close to the beach. As they all do, pictures made the home look bigger than it was. Kids loved the tub for bubble baths. Not suitable for adults.Single bed room by the tub bathroom had a lot of dust and pet hair. Garbage was half full when we got there so our garbage did overfill the garbage can. Nice neighborhood, very quiet. Literally a 3-5 minute call to the town center which was nice.

This was a good home on the Oregon Coast. It was an older, smaller home but they had added on to the original home which added two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry room on the back. It was located three homes in from the actual beach with little to no view of the beach, but it was easy to walk to the beach in 1-2 minutes and town was easily walkable too. It was clean and well supplied. It was nice to have access to laundry machines and the central kitchen was nice for meals. It was easy to warm the home with thermostats in almost every room and baseboard heaters plus a mini-split in the main room. Locking the front door was done with a keypad and you had to pull the door closed hard to get the deadbolt to line up. Thanks for a nice stay.

Excellent location! The location was excellent! However, the bedrooms were smaller than we expected and lacked storage space for personal items. There are two bathrooms, but only one shower, which made it challenging for a family of eight. The kitchen was tiny and didn't offer much storage or preparation space for those who enjoy cooking. Additionally, the internet connection was very inconsistent. On a positive note, the television was good, and our dog seemed happy. The host and the company were friendly. The internet was very inconsistent. The tv was good. Our dog was happy. The host/company was friendly.
