407 North Shore Place is a fourth-floor villa conveniently located one short block from the ocean and across the street from the vibrant shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. North Shore Place is located right in the heart of Forest Beach, with bright and open kitchens, oversized tubs, covered balconies, and on-site parking under the building with key-coded security. This property showcases a rooftop pool, hot tub, and sundeck, as well as pool access at the Seacrest. Beach access is right across the street, just past the Seacrest.



As you enter the front door, you’re greeted with an open floor plan, bright coastal décor, and tile flooring. Everything was great! The unit was updated and comfortable. The only small complaint was that we believed there were beach chairs and we found 2 kind of camping chairs and a pretty sad foldable chaise for the 4 of us. If we had known we could have brought our own. The master shower had some mildew around the door and could have been cleaned better. That's on the cleaning service. They were very minor issues. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely vacation in this unit again!

Already thinking about when we can come back. Great size, great location and had everything we needed. We loved the pool being right outside the door and also just being across the street from anything you could want or need.

Great location! Very clean and mostly well appointed. Bring your own beach towels!! We also packed a few Tide pods and dryer sheets, as well as a few extra zip loc bags and garbage bags that came in handy. There is a Walmart and a Sam’s on the island as well as numerous grocery stores if you need anything else. We bought breakfast food and coffee fixin’s to have in the unit and then we ate out for lunch and dinner, and or had leftovers the next day. Be sure to try Relish near Pope circle if you like Thai food!! Also great for lunch is Nectar, and Coast for dinner. Yum!!!
