The Space:

Play a tennis match in the morning, spend a lazy afternoon lounging at the pool, and cozy up in front of the TV at night at this spacious Folly Field condo. Featuring access to a shared pool, hot tub, and plenty more resort amenities, guests will feel at home here!



The property is located among palm trees and overlooks a tranquil lagoon. Take a quick drive to the shops and restaurants of Hilton Head Island to sample the local cuisine and do some shopping, or walk the shaded walking paths to the on-site tennis courts, the on-site

pool, and the community beach.



The kitchen is separated from the formal dining area and living room via a low wall and has been updated with new appliances and a breakfast nook. The living room features two sofas, a writing desk, and a 50-inch flatscreen TV with DVD and cable. The main bedroom features a private bathroom, a recliner for reading and relaxing, a 32-inch TV, and direct access to a deck that overlooks the lagoon. Guests can take advantage of the free WiFi in all rooms as well as the village amenities which include the fishing lagoon, barbecue areas, pool, and nine tennis courts.

Great time!

This was my families first time to Hilton Head and this condo was just the place we needed! Having two bathrooms was ideal for a family with three children! We will definitely be back!

Convenient and roomy.

This condo was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was incredibly roomy for 4 of us adults and very clean. Just a short walk to the beach that was ver accessible and only had a few steps to maneuver. Great restaurant and putt putt course less than a mile away. Really enjoyed our stay. The gate attendants were very friendly too.

We love Island Club and enjoyed this condo. It has a big balcony overlooking the lagoon full of turtles and a little alligator. Very close to the pool and grill. Comfortable sofas and there was a mattress pad on the king bed. Very large walk in closet (that fit our pack and play). Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Great location on the property to the pool and the beach. Slept 6 people comfortably with sleeper sofa. The appliances seemed new. Bring your own regular size spatula flipper as the one there was tiny.

Good place for a family vacation.

Reasonably priced and had everything we needed (towels, kitchen equipment, laundry detergent, etc.) The location is good and parking is very close. It's good for people who can't climb stairs but not really wheelchair accessible as the listing said because there is a step. Could use some updates. The beds were kind of hard so mattress toppers would be good.

Nice property in a great development

We had a wonderful stay. The property does not have a view of the ocean but has a very large balcony that overlooks a lovely lake that's filled with turtles that are very entertaining. We did not miss having an ocean view. The unit had everything we needed and they gave us plenty of towels. The development where the property is located is great - pool, playgrounds. outdoor activities and grills. If you love to play tennis this is the place for you. Clay courts and we never had an issue signing up for court time. They also have lessons and tennis activities throughout the week. The beach is great, not crowded and a very family oriented crowd. We would stay here again if we came back to Hilton Head.

Dirty Dishes Causes Poor Review

Overall-the unit and complex were good. Reasons we got to 2 stars are totally correctable. Minus 1st star: unit didn't go above and beyond to provide any extras-beach chairs, toys, that sort of thing...and the couch is noticeably dingy on the edges. Minus 2nd star: literally every dish in the cabinet was dirty. Like someone didn't run the dishwasher, but they thought they did and put everything away. Minus 3rd star: once we realized all the dishes were dirty, we noticed that the utensil holder on the counter that holds the large spoons, spatulas, etc, also was holding a turkey baster that contained a curdled white and green liquid (cue gag face). The rest of the unit was clean, but someone needs to pay more attention to the dishes.

Unit is on one level which is perfect if stairs are and issue. The condo is nicely decorated and very roomy. Master bedroom has a very firm mattress so if that’s an issue you may want to bring extra bedding for your stay to cushion the mattress. Porch is very relaxing to enjoy the fountain and ducks swimming around in lagoon. Perfect for family of four.

Perfect location in Hilton Head!

We loved the location of the condo in the complex and on the island. The lagoon was very peaceful and calm. The reflection of the flowers on the water made for beautiful pictures. We saw turtles, fish and a blue heron daily. The pool was a short walk away. The master suite was lovely and had its own door to the patio. I would consider staying in this unit again.

The perfect place

I celebrated my 61st birthday in Hilton Head. I have gone every year since I was 14. First time staying at the Island Club! It was perfect! Very nice unit - access to the beach- tennis courts and pool! We had a wonderful time! I will be back!

Relaxing Getaway

This was a great home away from home. It was clean, the perfect space for our small family and close to restaurants and shopping. The short walk to the beach was pleasant through the well groomed grounds. It was easy to acquire a court to play a little tennis and the pool was conveniently located as well. We would stay in this unit again if traveling to Hilton Head!

Nice Stay

The location of the condo is great! We loved the short walk to the beautiful beach, the free access to the clay tennis courts and the pool. The place is pretty clean, the onlyl thing we noticed was that the air vents were a little dusty. Also, the water pressure of the bathroom sink facets was low, and the drainage of the sinks the could be better. Overall we had a nice stay.

Great Spot
