The Space:

Just steps away from the beach and with views of the lagoon from the private, furnished balcony, this two-bedroom condo is the ideal way to experience everything Hilton Head has to offer! Inside, a cozy, carpeted living space is dressed in lots of tasteful decor, comfortable furniture, and all the conveniences you deserve during your vacation. The living room boasts a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and access to the balcony. The full kitchen includes a passthrough window to the dining area and has granite countertops, small and major appliances, and plenty of cabinet storage for all your vacation staples. You can serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table or take advantage of the shared gas grill to throw a fun-filled barbecue with friends. After spending the day at the beach, come home to let the private washer/dryer take care of all your laundry while you use the suite's work desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi to knock out that last-minute project. Submit your task then head out to explore all the fun on-site amenities that include a shared pool, hot tub, and tennis court. You can take the elevator to easily access this second-floor suite, and the central AC and ceiling fans will keep the place nice and cool on a hot summer afternoon!

Great property

This is our second time at this unit, we had a great stay. Only a short walk to the beach. We have been to the island club many times, the common grounds of the property are well maintained. We had a minor maintenance item that was fixed within 24 hours. The apartment was clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Check-in was easy too.

Best vacation we’ve ever taken

We could not have asked for a better vacation. The location is absolutely perfect. There were multiple beach access points and the handicapped paths made it very easy for our little ones to walk on the sand. The grounds were beautiful and the playground was great as well. Overall, the best vacation we’ve ever taken.

A lovely condo and location

We have stayed in many condos over the years at Island Club. This condo was very comfortable with ample room. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the lagoon and ocean view, as well as the stars at night. The pool and the beach are both a short walk away. Definitely a good choice!

Perfect Place!

Our absolute favorite place we have stayed so far! The place was so clean! The beds were extremely comfortable and had a mix of thin and thicker blankets so you felt nice and cozy and at home. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were so thoughtful and if we forgot anything the place had it for us! Very thoughtful! The patio was so relaxing to sit on while you hear the ocean waves and birds around you. Quiet at night- nothing disturbed my toddler. Swimming pool and splash pad pool was INCREDIBLE couldn't get my toddler out of it. Everyone around us was so friendly as well- mix of people playing and relaxing but everyone was very kind and respectful. Beach access closest to us was tough for our limited access mom but there was another trail close by that had a blue mat all the way to the beach that was very easy to use.

Convenient location, but needs updating, get rid of carpet, & get an exterminator!

Overall, this unit was nicely furnished, appointed, and in a great location. However, upon arrival, the carpet was absolutely filthy, there was a roach in the entry way (still alive), the plaster in the master bath shower needs attention. This unit needs more than 2 patio chairs, too! For the price we paid, in the off season, we expected much cleaner accommodations. Carpet is yucky, but dirty carpet, just gross! There is also very poor signage and unclear instructions, on where to pick up the keys, too!

Fantastic condo, super close to the beach

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and quite spacious. You can’t get much closer to the beach than this! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. We also enjoyed the pickle ball courts. Loved that there were accessible boardwalks out to the beach and nice showers to rinse off. Definitely would recommend, lovely unit and amenities.

Great stay

Our stay at this folly field VRBO was great . The best part was the location and it’s proximity to the beach( just steps away) and comfort of the condo. Suggestions : - With two little kids aged 6 and 1 , it was a bit challenging using the carpeted dining area . It may be our personal preference but definitely worrisome having them eat there . A simple area mat could do the trick. ( we used our picnic mats) - Could carry an iron box . We would definitely recommend this place.

Great location!

The Condo was great. Close to the beach and pool. Clean ,the beds were so comfortable and the Maintenance people very helpful as the ice maker was not working so they brought us a bag of ice . We had a wonderful stay and will definitely rent again.
