House was great. Very clean, easy access to pool.We had two young children, house was good for them too. Only thing is that the shower doesn’t have a moveable handle for bathing kids. But that’s my fault, it’s in the pics.A little further from the beach than I would have liked, but def manageable once you figure out a routine. I had not stayed in shipyard before, but I liked it. Beach was good, bathrooms near the beachDef a good stay, memories were made. No regrets. If you’re looking for a clean well-kept house, this is it.

Great beach stay

We had 2 adults and 1 toddler for a July 4th weekend. This was a great apartment with an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed staying here.

Great location near beach and pool. Check in was easy. Well stocked kitchen. Great to have beach chairs and wagon to use. Very clean

The property was very clean and well appointed. We were only able to stay for a long weekend this trip, but will definitely consider a longer future stay.

Short wedding trip

Good location in reference to the beach. About a 7 minute walk to the beach from the very back of the complex. Nice, quiet community and a very nice condo.

Loved our stay!

Overall very clean and cozy! Noticed a weird smell in the main bedroom and the king bed was a little firm for our liking, but the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay! I recommend taking your own beach chairs if you plan to spend much time there, as the chairs that come with the home do not recline. Would recommend this house!

Great location!

Nice, spacious, clean home. Kitchen is stocked, bedrooms are big, deck is nice. Comfortable place with a nice beach vibe. Best part - SO convenient to walk to the beach (8-9 minute walk)!! Beach parking is hard to get, so the short walk is great. Be sure to rent bikes - it’s a very bike friendly island.

Wonderful!

The location could not be better. The villa was lovely and perfectly stocked. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. The owners are thoughtful and gracious. We would stay here again without question.

Great condo location

We loved our stay here. Great location to easily walk or bike to the beach or pool. Great restaurants within a short bike ride. I’d recommend Pedals bike rentals. Very convenient. They drop off and pickup right outside the door.
