Travel to the sub-tropical bliss of Hilton Head Island to discover this home on the golf coarse. Inside this 1280 Square foot interior are several modern conveniences, including flat screen cable/Smart TV's and Cable and high speed WiFi.

With stainless steel appliances and generous counter space in the fully equipped kitchen, cooking will be a breeze! Prepare your favorite zesty dishes and gather around the 6-person dining table for a quality meal with your family and friends. A separate coffee and wine bar with built in beverage cooler allow you to quince your palate from breakfast to after dinner drinks. The gas grill will entice you to dine al fresco and sip cocktails as you watch the golfers play through the beautiful back drop of pines and palms.

Parking is first come, first serve with 2 parking passes provided.

Choose your style of beach with equal distance car ride, walk or bike ride - only 1.7 miles from the villa. From the complex, turn left and take the third exit on the round about to the Shipyard Plantation Clubhouse and Beach Parking or take the first exit off the round about and head to Coligny Beach where there is free beach parking and much more activity. Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut offer great restaurants and shoppes with live entertainment daily during season and on the weekends off season.

Entry to the villa is keyless and allows self-check in. Feel free to request an early arrival or late departure for $40 additional.

The Villa is accessible by 4 stairs and bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
