Beautiful new home with a great set up. Minutes to the beach and beautiful pool. We enjoyed our girls trip here and the house was perfect for us.

Only negative is the main floor bathroom shower, which is great did not drain properly and the floor was extremely slippery.

We typically stay either in Wild Dunes or up that way— we were shocked how much we prefer this location. The house itself is brand new and wonderful. Lots of space and beautiful decor. The literal only thing I’d say was missing was a drying rack for clothes. I’d love to stay at this rental again. It was fantastic.

Loved the property. The one thing that was missing especially when traveling from a long distance was having to buy beach towels. Also there were no cleaning products. I like to keep a clean house and there was nothing there. Would have been nice to have windex and other cleaning supplies. I didn't think I should be responsible to supply the products

If you enjoy cooking, it’s fully stocked with pots, pans, ninja... the only thing to keep in mind is the kitchen is not stocked with the basics for cooking such as olive oil, spices ...

The home was absolutely beautiful — pristine inside and out and truly a stunning beach house. We really enjoyed the property overall.The only significant issue was the ants around the pool area. There were quite a lot of them, and several of us ended up with bug bites. The pool deck also could have used more attention. There were cobwebs on the backs of some of the lounge chairs, dirt around the area, and baby toys were left in and around the pool. I actually hosed the deck down myself each day to clean it up and also try to help control the ants.The pool was eventually cleaned toward the end of our stay, but unfortunately it was a little late. It was disappointing that the ant problem wasn’t sprayed or addressed while we were there, especially because everything else about the home was so beautiful.Aside from the pool-area issues, this was absolutely a 5-star property. I only gave 4 stars in a few categories because the ants were very bothersome and affected our enjoyment of the outdoor space.

We understand how frustrating ants can be, this was an unordinarily hot summer and the ants were looking for a water source (we were told by our pest control company), inevitably they find source whether it be a pool or hose water. We enjoyed everything but especially the ample rooms and bathrooms , private pool, the professional chef’s kitchen and the large family table. It is a very easy walk to the beach and we appreciated the provided beach chairs and even a football. Also an easy walk to coffee and ice cream. East Island rentals is an excellent company to work with. We had an amazing time!
