Stylish seaside studio situated near the northern end of Marathon, you'll enjoy a convenient location for all your favorite Florida Keys activities - both on and off the water. Additional on-site perks including an oceanfront pool and shady, palapa-style picnic benches let you indulge in waterfront leisure just steps from your front door. Some great local restaurants and convenient shopping options are located within walking distance of the complex. Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters and the Florida Keys/Marathon International Airport are each within a one-mile radius.

The space is bright and inviting, with plenty of space to spread out despite its studio-style floor plan. Stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a full-size stove/oven) make it easy to whip up home-cooked meals or picnics to pack and take downstairs. A large smart TV and sofa let you lounge and unwind between outings. A balcony-style slider beside the bed opens out onto the courtyard so you can turn on the fan and let the cool breezes circulate. There's also a mini-split for added home comfort. Additional perks include free WiFi and shared laundry facilities located on-site.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Isles Fishing Village. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The pool was absolutely beautiful and offered stunning ocean views—perfect for unwinding. What truly stood out, though, was the sense of community. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel even more special. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back, oceanfront getaway.

Nothing sorry of amazing

This was our first trip to the Florida Keys, and our first vacation as a couple in 20 years. The central location was great! LJs Cafe and the pizza place just outside the community gate were SO good. The community was clean, quiet, beautiful, and had a great view and pool area. The studio apartment fit our needs perfectly. We are already talking about coming back and staying here again next May!! We highly recommend.

Clean and convenient

The efficiency was just the right size for two people. It had a very usable kitchen, comfortable bed and decent walkin shower. Was equipped with trash bags, soaps, etc. the resort had a great pool, although not heated well and is locked on a dock. Some convenience stores and eateries within easy walking distance.

The community is great

it was a mostly quiet, secure gated community. the pool and the view from the pool is quiet lovely. i would have liked to use the tricycle on property, but that was locked up with no combo available. i gifted the property a laundry basket, as it is not convenient to use the community laundry without a means to transport.

Nice clean studio on waterfront property

This property was newer but average. Terrible pos snd pans for cooking. Everything pretty much on the cheap. Door lock awful. Very hard to get the combination right the first time. Plus the gate card is in the unit. How are you supposed to get the gate open with the card in the unit. Fortunately a resident let us in. No good instructions on this. Not our usual Good experience. We had much better!
