Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces during their stay. This includes all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and the fully fenced backyard.

Our private 6-person hot tub is professionally maintained for your enjoyment:

No children under 12 without adult supervision
The maximum temperature is 104 F and can be adjusted.
Please do not add anything to the water.
Always replace the cover after use to maintain temperature and cleanliness
Quiet enjoyment only—no loud music or parties in the hot tub area
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or maintenance fees.
