Propriété classique du centre-ville

La maison a été adaptée pour les goûts et les commodités modernes. Idéalement situé sur une voie privée, à une courte distance de la rue principale, ce terrain offre une paix et une tranquillité rares dans le centre-ville. Le premier niveau comprend une cuisine mise à jour, une salle à manger et un salon ainsi qu'une cheminée en pierre de champ. Il y a aussi une salle d'eau / salle de lavage. La grande suite principale (avec un lit queen) comprend une salle de bains privée, un bar et un grenier aménageable, accessible via une échelle escamotable (avec un autre lit queen-size dans le grenier sommeil). Les portes françaises s'ouvrent sur un magnifique patio privé en dalles.

Le deuxiÚme niveau offre deux chambres (une avec un lit king et une avec deux lits jumeaux) et une salle de bain complÚte. Les terrains sont joliment aménagés avec de multiples jardins et patios et comprennent une douche extérieure. La propriété entiÚre est clÎturée avec deux entrées séparées. L'allée du Belgian Block accueille facilement trois voitures.

Outstanding rental. The house was spotless and beautiful. All appliances were in working order and the host and her designated handyman were easily contacted. Kudos especially to our host, who let members of our party enter the premises a little early We couldn’t be more pleased by the whole experience, from pretty furnishings down to sugar, spices, and condiments already in the cabinets. Lovely.
Pretty MVyd weather enhanced our trip.

We've been visiting Martha's Vineyard for more than 20 years in this was our favorite rental to date. The house is on a quiet side street that is easily walkable to Main Street. It's clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It does not feel like a vacation rental, but like you are staying with a friend. The kitchen has everything you might need -- from insulated wine glasses and kids cutlery to cleaning supplies and every spice under the sun. The beds are comfortable the the bedroom arrangement is great for two couples or families -- plenty of privacy for everyone. The home even has its own little free library, such a charming touch! We had a minor electrical issue and the caretaker responded quickly to take care of the problem. Highly recommend!

Our stay at VH1 on Martha’s Vineyard was nothing short of magical. I had the joy of spending a week there with my college bestie and a group of close friends, and it turned out to be one of the best girls’ trips ever. The home is warm, cozy, and full of books, which made us self-proclaimed nerds feel instantly at ease and completely at home.The location was ideal; peaceful and serene, yet just 15 minutes or less from every event, beach, and experience we wanted to enjoy on the island. The ample parking made it easy for all of us to come and go without stress, and the friendly neighbors added to the welcoming vibe of the neighborhood.A special shoutout to Devin, the caretaker, who was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. And most of all...thank you, Elizabeth, for opening up your beautiful home to us. You created the perfect environment for rest, connection, and joy. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Great house and location!

First trip to Martha's Vineyard! We really loved this house. 2 primary bedrooms was nice for us (two couples) and a wonderful kitchen and living space! Very responsive owner and caretaker. Convenient location! Would 100% recommend.

Lovely home on Martha’s Vineyard

I highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay on Martha’s Vineyard. The owner was very easy to work with and prompt to reply with my questions. The kitchen was well equipped and the home well maintained. It was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to all parts of the island.

Great spot in Vineyard Haven

House is in a fantastic location and is a quintessential Martha’s Vineyard style house that has everything you need. A very short walk to the port/Vineyard Haven for food and shopping.

Amazing Weekend!!

We absolutely adored your property and can’t wait to go back, the only issue was on the last day the property manager wasn’t very professional and made my wife and our guest feel very uncomfortable regarding check out. That is the least of our worries thankfully, we had a great weekend and we would definitely go back to stay at your property. Fun stay in Tinsley!

We really enjoyed our stay at VH1! The property is beautiful and spacious with great outdoor spaces and a rose garden! It was a very charming place to stay. We were able to walk into town and enjoy everything in Martha’s Vineyard from this great location.

Perfect Vineyard Home!

The house was wonderful! Just as pictured and plenty of space. Elizabeth was an excellent host and so responsive. I wish we’d been able to spend more time in the courtyard but it was too cold on our trip. Extremely close to Vineyard Haven but there is a tricky intersection to get in and out of the house. The house is on a quiet alley street and neighbors are friendly.

Incredibly clean and spacious. Thought of everything. Close to town. Darling garden and friendly chickens next door. Loved our stay. The only recommendation I have is more comfortable pillows on the beds.

Tranquility

We rent on the Vineyard every summer and this was by far one of the best rentals we have stayed in. This house is immaculate and has lots of space. The house exhibits unique character with elegant design. Great location in walking distance of stores. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the Vineyard.

The house is lovely just as listed. Due to the weather we could not enjoy the outside space. Location is wonderful and convenient. Road can be a bit busy. I would bring pillows.( Not very plush. )

The best family stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The house was perfect! It was a charming home and exactly as advertised. We were close to everything, made friends with neighbors and walked to town daily! There’s a small beach right off Beach Street just over the bridge that was lovely!
