Resort Access Fee (mandatory fee)

This daily resort fee provides access to the property’s amenities, including the pool deck, beach shuttle service, beach access, fitness center, and front desk services.

• 1–7 nights: $30 per day + tax
• 8–14 nights: $25 per day + tax
• 15–29 nights: $20 per day + tax
• 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day + tax.

Valet Parking

For convenience and security, the building offers valet-only parking.

• 1–7 days: $28 per day per vehicle + tax
• 8–10 days: $25 per day per vehicle + tax
• 11–19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle + tax
• 20–30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle + tax.

Incidental Deposit

A $250 refundable incidental deposit is required by the resort at check-in to cover any potential charges during your stay.

The deposit is typically released within 7–10 business days after departure, pending inspection and processing by your financial institution.

Package Handling

Packages may be received on your behalf for a $5 per package fee + tax.
Pick-up hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
