We took a last minute family trip to Hollywood with the kids right after Christmas. We loved our stay here. So much that we tried to book again over April vacation but they were full. Kids are begging to go back. Great location, great views, clean.

The host was very responsive. The condo was very nice and as advertised. The elevators are extremely slow and you spend a lot of time waiting for them. There could be more chairs by the pool, on busy days we often could not find a chair.

Owner is awesome at communication. Responded quickly to every question or request and was extremely accommodating. Unit is as described. Beautiful views and porch is amazing. Beach looked like it had tons of seaweed so we never went down that far. Rooftop pool was very large nice and comfortable but a bit windy. Unit could use some more accessories like oven mitts and some extra trash bags. Read on another comment that owner said she would’ve supplied extra if needed and I never thought to communicate with her my requests about that stuff as I didn’t want to bother her so that is on me. My son slept on couch and was very comfortable. Ac was comfortable and easy to use. Plenty of dining options nearby with a short uber ride. Tv was easy to use. People complain about the elevator but we never had a problem and found that getting one up to our floor (the top floor) was never an issue. Never waited more than 4 minutes for an elevator. Price is very reasonable for this unit in my opinion. Would definitely stay again. Owners communications amd receptiveness was a huge positive to us.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean and well stocked. Easy beach access and close to awesome restaurants. 3 mile walk down the beautiful beach to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment! Great location & amazing views. Amenities were also great. We had a good time. However the apartment does need a deep cleaning. A lot of dust everywhere & we found tons of hair from precious guests on the floor.

Thank you for your feedback. Pool and beach services in most Florida resorts close at 6pm. I would guess insurance/liability reasons, mixed in with residents that live facing the pool not wanting to be bothered by noise.

Excellent location

The apartment is clean, good decor, excellent view, has an equipped kitchen, well located with access to the beach and walking distance from stores such as Walmart, Win Dixie (grocery store), Ross, Burlington, restaurants etc. The check-in experience was swift, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The host provided a clear and accurate description of the property and was very responsive throughout our stay.
