Your cozy getaway awaits at this adorable apartment located just 2 blocks from downtown St Charles. Great restaurants, bars, parks, bike/walking path, Fox River and the Famous Arcada Music Theatre are a short walking distance away. The Whole Foods store is steps from our building and is a great store to purchase pre-made meals to heat up and enjoy at the apartment. The space comes complete with two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. This beautifully furnished apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The large 12'x20' private balcony includes a large picnic table. This is a great space hang to out with family and friends to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. The apartment features heating and air conditioning, ensuring a wonderful and comfortable stay no matter what season. A well-equipped bathroom includes a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this apartment offers a calm and inviting atmosphere. We think our place will help you experience everything St Charles has to offer.

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a great location, walking distance to the Fox River and downtown St Charles. We used this as our home base while visiting family and plan to make it our regular home away from home!

The property is just as shown. The neighborhood is such a great location, so beautiful and charming. Perfect Saint Charles tree line Street. James was a wonderful host. The price for this stay was more than reasonable.

This is an absolutely wonderful property! It is so close to downtown St. Charles—which is definitely worth your time to check out. The apartment is so clean and inviting. Great WiFi, beds are comfortable and the apartment has many comforts of home. Wine, coffee AND water were provided! It is well-appointed and the communication with the host was top notch! Would 100% recommend!

My husband and I were in town for work from Texas, but wanted to enjoy it and have a little mini vaycay. This house was the PERFECT location! Close to everything, and in the cutest little town. Took the train into the city for a nice dinner on the riverwalk, and that was such a great experience! Very easy to navigate, even for first timers. The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked (although we didnt cook on this trip). Parking was very close to the backdoor, which was nice, and we really enjoyed having the porch to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather with a drink. James was the perfect host, and even allowed late checkout when business forced us to stay a few extra house at the last minute. Great communication! Would definitely stay again, and hope to!

Everything about this home was perfect, except for the excessive use of air fresheners and fragranced detergent. The owner was quick to respond and try to solve the issue, but after spending the night there, the scent was still too strong. We had to cut our stay short, because the scent was still just too strong for me to stay there. I can honestly say there was nothing else wrong with this home other than that, and we would have stayed if we could.My only suggestion would be to not use air fresheners in the home.

Super clean and thoughtfully maintained, with excellent communication from the owner. Every detail has been carefully considered, and the unit has everything you could possibly need. It's also within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants.Since this was a girls' weekend, we affectionately referred to the unit as our "resort"—it was that relaxing and enjoyable! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

This was my second stay within the month at this location. It was just as fabulous as the first. It is very clean, well appointed and so conveniently located. It is in a great, safe neighborhood with downtown St. Charles a very short walk away! The host is very responsive and incredibly kind. Highly recommend this property!
