Welcome to Seabreeze Cottage at Oak Island, a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath private guest retreat located in the highly desirable Oak Island Estates.

This thoughtfully designed second-floor cottage offers a completely private and separate living space, tucked behind the main home and positioned along the Oak Island Golf Course. With its own entrance, dedicated parking, and peaceful setting, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Accessed by a covered exterior staircase, the cottage opens into a bright and inviting layout filled with natural light. A charming sunroom welcomes you in—perfect for morning coffee while overlooking the backyard and golf course.

The spacious living area features comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with beautifully stained wood cabinetry, a full appliance package, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a cozy dining nook.

Hardwood floors run throughout the main living areas and bedrooms, with tile flooring in both bathrooms, creating a clean, coastal feel throughout the space.

The layout includes two well-appointed bedrooms:
*A guest bedroom conveniently located near the main bathroom; Queen Bed
*A spacious primary suite with a private bath; Queen Bed

A stacked washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and so cozy. It had everything we needed, and the peaceful location made it the perfect place to relax. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The space is clean and convenient to the beach. The host was responsive. The beds are very comfortable with very soft bedding. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to cook. Parking is off the street right beside the cottage. Would definitely stay here again.

The Coastal Cottage is a tucked-away, deeply relaxing "home away from home!" It's quiet and peaceful, just off one of Oak Island Golf Club's 18 holes.The place is incredibly clean. Personal fenced-in yard and patio, sunroom with two rocking chairs, a spacious living room, 2 nice sized bedrooms (with deep closets), and a full kitchen with everything you need. And the showers in the two bathrooms are great! The Coastal Cottage is perfect for 1-4 people.Stephanie is a top-notch host! She included multiple personal touches for our stay. Stephanie responds quickly to any questions, making the entire process seamless and welcoming.It is rare to find a rental that feels this thoughtful! It is close to the beach, Southport, and Fort Caswell. Do yourself a favor and reserve the Coastal Cottage. Thank you, Stephanie, for the best getaway!
