Concrete dock space for boat and a floating dock with space for a personal watercraft/jet ski. Two bikes and tandem kayak available for use. Paddle boards can be rented close by. List of attractions and restaurants will be provided for your enjoyment at time of booking. This property is located in a highly desirable neighborhood on the Oceanside of the island for quick ocean access. Kayak or paddle board and explore our property into Pennekamp Park’s creeks and estuaries. A hold harmless agreement is required to be signed.
