• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.

• There is no direct beach access from the community. The nearest access road is about a 3-5-minute drive.

When we arrived we noticed there was only one towel per person, no wash cloths and the clothes washing machine did not work properly. Showed an error code. Also the dishwasher was loaded full and we did not know if the dishes were clean or dirty. We tried to call and text the management but never got a reply. All of the text we received were all automated. Not a real person. I’m glad the problems we had were minor because we could not get a hold of anyone. Poor management.

This property floor plan was set up perfectly for privacy between all rooms. The AC upstairs and downstairs works great. Everything was stocked. Our only issue was we did not see on the VRBO that it did not have access to the beach. You have to drive about 4 minutes to get to the beach. Very small view of the beach on the third floor balcony. It is set up where you have great clear views of everything else. Overall we were very happy with the house itself.

Wonderful family stay!

This home provided a wonderful place for our family of all ages to relax and enjoy time at the beach and together. So many thoughtful touches- comfortable nicely, decorated bedrooms; a fully stocked kitchen for larger gatherings; great seating spaces, indoors and out.

Best rental ever.

I usually stay in Port Aransas 2 to 3 times a year and this was by far one of the nicest rental I have stayed in so far.
