Step into a bright, modern condo designed for comfort and convenience. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase sweeping harbor and ocean views while filling the space with natural light. The unit features a firm queen bed with a plush mattress topper for a restful night's sleep, along with a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to four guests. The interior has been freshly updated with new furnishings, cool and comfortable AC, and a smart TV with fast Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely. The open layout and high-floor location create a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring Oʻahu.

The kitchenette is simple, modern, and perfect for light meals. It includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, and basic essentials. No smoking is allowed. If any signs of smoking in or around the property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300 fine and may be subject to immediate eviction.
Each stay includes a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items if additional supplies are needed.

This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and a non-refundable fee of $500, which may increase up to $1,000 depending on the situation.

In lieu of a security deposit, each booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection. This limited protection plan provides coverage up to $10,000 for contents damage and up to $1,000,000 for real property damage. Certain exclusions apply, including but not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Please inquire for additional details.
