Nicely appointed condo with a location close to the ocean, as well as restaurants and stores. As noted by the host, the provided parking space is a little tight, but 2 in our party are good at parking in tight spots, so we got our rented min-van in and out without too much trouble.

The apartment was within walking distance to the beach, just a block away. We did have to contact Tom a couple of times with questions, he responded right away and was so helpful. It was such an easy stay with nothing to worry about. We would definitely stay again. As described in the VRBO description of the property, the parking is tight. We had a large SUV which didn't fit in the parking, but we expected that because we were already aware it was likely to be tight.

Great view! A solid location a short walk from just about everything you could want. The driveway can be a little tricky to find, especially at night, but it's nice that parking was included! Clean and well maintained, our family felt right at home. Secure building and great communication. Highly recommended!

Perfect location to the beach. Walking up and having coffee on the lanai was priceless. Bed were so comfortable. Towels were available and large. Every thing you need is within walking distance. Spa and restaurants and the zoo.

Great place well equipped with all things. My only complaint would be the noisy street outside, but the host did have ear plugs in both bedrooms. Clean and awesome location for walking down town and to beach.

Perfect location to get in and out of downtown and great view. East check-in, with detailed instructions and parking spot (though tight), is a great bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, and having a parking spot included was great. The condo was exactly as pictured and the view was great. Thank you for having us as guests
