CECI EST UNE UNITÉ DE LOCATION DE VACANCES CONFORME ET JURIDIQUE.

Notre suite présidentielle composée de 2 chambres dispose d'un lit king-size dans la chambre principale et de deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis, permettant ainsi un maximum de confort pour 6 personnes. Il comprend une cuisine et offre une vue sur l'eau, les montagnes et les lumières de la ville. Il y a 3 lanais (balcons) d'où vous pourrez profiter de la brise fraîche de l'océan ou regarder les courses de canoë sur le canal Ala Wai.

Cette immense suite de deux chambres à coucher s’étend d’un bout à l’autre du bâtiment, offrant amplement d’espace pour se détendre et se sentir comme à la maison. La commodité d'avoir une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité est également unique dans cette suite.

Réveillez-vous et préparez le petit-déjeuner dans la cuisine ou savourez un délicieux petit-déjeuner dans l'un des nombreux restaurants situés à proximité, puis promenez-vous tranquillement sur la célèbre plage de Waikiki, où vous pourrez prendre des cours de surf, assister à un spectacle de hula ou simplement vous allonger et bronzer sur la plage. En chemin, vous passerez sur le Strip de Waikiki et rencontrerez des dizaines de boutiques, de restaurants et de lieux de divertissement de classe mondiale. Naviguez dans les magasins locaux et achetez des souvenirs uniques. Avec tout ce qu'il y a à voir et à entendre, la marche sur le Strip de Waikiki pourrait facilement être une excursion d'une journée complète!

Tout est accessible à pied, mais si vous choisissez de vous aventurer plus loin, vous trouverez des lignes de bus et de trolley majeures à un pâté de maisons de la propriété. Si le shopping vous passionne, le plus grand centre commercial de l'île (le centre commercial Ala Moana) est à seulement 1,6 km. Le centre de conventions d'Hawaï est à moins de 1,6 km et les sites historiques d'Hawaï tels que le palais Iolani, Chinatown et le centre-ville d'Honolulu sont à moins de 6 km.

Balcony was great. Building is surrounded by quite a few slumlike dwellings, but within a block, it’s great. There is even a Dean & DeLuca around the corner. Would not recommend the pool area as it is shaded and in an ally way like area. There were a lot of kids all over the place, so not a tranquil spot. Best part of our stay was the room. It was perfect for us, and the owner was lovely.All the folks working the property were super friendly.

Large unit with plenty of space in a great location. The location of the unit is perfect, away from the hustle and noise and easy in/out of Waikiki without having to drive through major traffic. Staff at the Wyndham were always cheerful and helpful. Owner was easily reachable. Unit had everything we needed. Unfortunately we were trapped in the unit for a couple days due to the kona storms so having a large living room, table and stocked kitchen were Lifesavers. Also the Kona storm caused some major leaking in the primary bedroom ceiling which couldn't be resolved during our stay so we had to improvise with towels and buckets. Our primarily cons to the unit were all beds were incredibly firm. Everyone in our group complained about the awful beds and it was like sleeping on the floor. They really need some sort of mattress topper. Also the master bedroom and all blankets had a musty smell. All in all it's a great place and location that could be improved with better beds and resolve the musty smells.

A great stay. The place is as advertised, very clean, and well located in Waikiki. It's just off of the busy section, so it's not as hectic location-wise, but it was easy to get a ride-share, and most of the busy areas, including the beaches, of Waikiki can also be accessed by walking.We were two adult couples, and the place was perfect - we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, and the floorplan was such that you could be in the living room or kitchen and really not disturb someone trying to sleep in one of the bedrooms.Hazel, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided very useful tips and information beforehand. All messages were answered quickly. The staff at the building were professional and good.

Great place for two couples. We enjoyed the amenities of the apartment, as well as the location and walking distance to restaurants and food trucks. My husband and I took advantage of the lanais whenever we were not on an excursion, and enjoyed watching the Friday night fireworks from this great vantage point.

Wonderful place

The Royal Garden place was a wonderful experience for us. There was two couples and it was wonderful.There was two bedrooms and large bathroom ,with the kitchen and living room in the center. The living room was a large size to with plenty os spaces to sit we would highly recommend this place and would definitely return to it if we come back. There was also laundry which was great since we were leaving for a cruise.

The good:1. Nice location2. Great amenities3. In room laundry, and access to hotel laundry room, swimming pool and gym.4. Clear communication with the property manager on check-in check-out process and timings, parking etc.5. Provided utensils, towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap etc.The Bad:1. Very dirty and dusty. Cleaning was very superficial, the vents etc were full of dust. Lots of dust and trash under the sofa.

Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo is as pictured. It is a great location, walking distance to many restaurants, stores, amenities, and the beach. The owner was very communicative, kind, and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Waikiki!

Great place for family vacay

The condo is even better than we expected! Has three balconies with views of the beach, Diamond Head, and the canal. Both bathrooms are very spacious and nice. Conveniently located, can walk to the beach and major spots in Waikiki.

Great Experience

The condo was perfect for our family. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of living space to spread out. We appreciated having beach chairs, snorkel equipment and sand chairs available. The pool was surprisingly nice and warm in February. The views are fantastic and the condo is easily walkable to restaurants, stores and Waikiki beach. The host and staff were so helpful and accommodating.

Huge condo in Waikiki!

We stayed in April of this year. The condo was bigger than expected! The views were great! The staff on property were so friendly and kind. Everything is in walking distance. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect stay

Everything was as promised. Easy check in, clean unit. All amenities we could need. Parking fees are outrageous, however we could walk to so many places, it was a very convenient location.
