Bell's Blessing is a colorful, thoughtfully decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bath Holden Beach retreat where beach days, dinner out, and summer fun are all within an easy walk. Designed for up to 10 guests, this inviting family beach home combines comfortable gathering spaces with plenty of places to spread out indoors and outside.

Start the morning with coffee on the porch, make the approximately 3-minute walk to the beach, stroll to nearby restaurants or summer activities, and come home for cocktails on the deck or an evening in the private hot tub. Peekaboo ocean and waterway views from the front porch add a little extra coastal scenery to the stay.

🏖️ BEACH DAYS + WALKABLE FUN

The beach is approximately a 3-minute walk from the home. Guests will cross the street along the route to the beach access.

The convenient location also puts nearby restaurants, ice cream, summer concerts, and local events within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy more of Holden Beach without getting everyone back into the car.

From the front porch, guests can enjoy peekaboo views of both the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

🏡 DECKS + OUTDOOR LIVING

Front and back decks on both living levels provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy the coastal air.

The mid-level porch off the kitchen is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Upstairs, the back deck off the primary king bedroom offers a more private place to step away from the group and enjoy the breeze.

Under the house, a picnic table and high-top table create a casual gathering area near the private hot tub and gas grill. The property also includes an outdoor shower and open yard.

The private hot tub is available year-round and provides an easy way to unwind after a day at the beach.

Guests must follow all provided hot tub operating and safety instructions.

🍽️ KITCHEN + LIVING SPACES

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.

Multiple indoor living spaces give a group of 10 room to gather or spread out, and Smart TVs are available in the main living areas and primary bedroom.

🧳 CARGO LIFT

An outdoor cargo lift is available to transport items such as luggage and groceries between levels.

THE CARGO LIFT IS STRICTLY FOR ITEMS ONLY. PEOPLE MAY NOT RIDE IN OR USE THE CARGO LIFT TO TRAVEL BETWEEN LEVELS.

🔥 GAS GRILL

A gas grill is provided for guest use. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring a propane tank or, after booking, use available guest services to arrange propane delivery.

The fire pit at the property is NOT available for guest use.

🚗 PARKING

Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests under 25 must receive pre-approval.

SMOKE & DRUG-FREE ENVIRONMENT

All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not permitted.

PET POLICY

Bell's Blessing considers up to 2 pets with advance approval. Guests must notify the host/property manager in advance if they plan to bring pets, and approval is required.

Required documentation includes current rabies vaccination records, proof of flea and tick prevention, and a photo of each pet. Documentation must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture and must comply with applicable Holden Beach pet, beach, and leash regulations. Pets left unattended must be crated and may not be left outside.

Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, repairs, or additional cleaning. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.

Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are subject to the property's pet policy unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable booking platform's policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
