Our clean and cozy retreat features stunning water views and beach access. Near downtown Belfair for dining and supplies and minutes from the State Park.

Relax with a King bed in the primary and a Queen in the secondary. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and thoughtful amenities. Vibe with the Bluetooth speaker, grill on the patio, or take our provided paddleboard and kayaks out via our 30ft beach access! Quaint, cozy, and shower-only.

The space
The Cozy Cottage is a timeless, classic space designed for relaxation. The open-concept kitchen and living area serve as the heart of the home, offering water views while you cook or lounge.

Note on Accessibility: As a quaint, vintage cottage, the home features narrow doorways and a traditional layout that does not meet modern building codes. This may pose challenges for guests with mobility devices or wheelchairs. Please reach out if you have specific questions about the layout!

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage, the outdoor deck, and our 30ft beach easement located at the end of the road.

Entertainment:
Games & Music: We have a selection of games and a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy.

Movies & Shows: Smart TVs are located in both the primary bedroom and the living area so you can binge watch all day.

Outdoor Living:
The Deck: Our patio is perfect for grilling, chilling, roasting marshmallows over the propane fire table, and watching the sun go down.

The Yard: Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the hammock, play yard games, or sit by the wood fire pit in Adirondack rocking chairs. note: there is often a burn ban in the summer season June to September, the propane fire pit in the deck is a great alternative!


Water Fun: Paddleboard and kayaks and safety gear are provided for your use! Bring your own floaties for more fun on the water. Sunscreen, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Beach: Please stay within the designated 30ft beach easement to respect our neighbors' privacy.

Fishing & Shellfish Harvesting: Boats can be launched from Belfair state park or the Port of Allyn boat launch for endless fishing, crabbing and shrimping opportunities.

Note: We do not own the tidelands; walking in front of neighboring homes or harvesting shellfish is strictly prohibited.

Parking: There is plenty of space for your vehicles in the private driveway. We offer contact-free check-in for your convenience.

Other things to note
Rental Contract: To protect the interests of both our guests and our home, we require a signed rental contract on file for all stays.

Guest Occupancy: To ensure a comfortable stay and respect our neighbors, we have a strict maximum of 4 guests.

The Bathroom: The cottage features one clean and cozy bathroom with a shower-only setup (no bathtub).

Guest Requirements: Please remember that we do not allow guest pets at this time.

Accessibility Reminder: Our home is a timeless cottage with narrow doorways. If you have specific mobility needs or use a device like a wheelchair, please let us know so we can discuss the layout with you.

The Coffee Scene: We provide complimentary coffee and tea for the early birds. If you're looking for a specialty coffee drink, there is a fantastic coffee stand just a short drive down the road!
