Welcome to The Hideaway at Wingspan, a newly renovated Smoky Mountain retreat designed for relaxed group getaways and memory-filled stays. This spacious 3-bedroom cabin comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort, fun-filled amenities, and peaceful mountain charm—and it’s pet friendly, so no one gets left behind.

Arrive at an open-plan living space anchored by a bold moss wall and a neon `this must be the place` sign — because it is. Leather sofas, a layered area rug, a warm fireplace and mountain art set the tone: warm, considered, and quietly elevated. Just steps away, the fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and everything you need for shared meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full family dinner. Two king bedrooms on this level provide both comfort and convenience, each designed to feel like a private retreat.

Upstairs, a spacious bedroom is ideal for larger groups or kids, featuring two queen beds and two full beds, along with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Challenge friends to arcade games or foosball or simply hang out and enjoy the space designed for entertainment and connection.

Downstairs is where the fun really begins. Take a dip in your private indoor pool or enjoy additional games in a separate game area. Step outside and soak in the Smoky Mountain setting. * Bedroom #2 (Main Level): Cozy bedroom with King-sized bed, warm wood tones, bold wallpaper accent, Smart TV, and dresser.
* Bedroom #3 (Upper Level): Spacious bedroom area with two (2) Queen-sized beds, two (2) built-in full bed. This space also includes a dresser, arcade games, foosball, and an attached bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

The road inside the resort is paved. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owners closets.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* The indoor pool temperature is set to between 80-84 degrees.

BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Our local rep, Kelly, would be happy to connect you with any items you may need during your stay! Ask us for more information!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
