Guest Requirement

• To check-in to the resort, we are required to add the primary guest who will be checking in to the reservation. Please be ready to provide first and last name, email, phone number, and mailing address after the reservation is accepted by the Host. The resort will confirm identity and age with the guest’s ID at check-in.

What your PLATFORM Reservation Covers
• Your VRBO reservation covers lodging only and the resort amenities listed in this VRBO listing.

• Any additional mandatory fees charged by the resort (for example: parking fees, resort fees, local taxes) are not charged through VRBO and must be paid directly to the resort at check-in or check-out.

• You may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, however you are under NO obligation to do so and we recommend politely declining. Presentations can last for hours and we (Rentshare) want you to have a relaxing stay!

• You have access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.

• We will always place you in the best villa available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.

• Your villa may be a mobility accessible unit.

• ANIMAL POLICY: Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a Room Recovery Fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a Room Recovery Fee in the amount of $500 per pet, and you will be asked to take your pet to a local third-party boarding facility.

No smoking or vaping of any kind in unit or on property grounds. No parties or events of any size. Town of Avon limits short-term rental occupancy to a maximum of 2 people per bedroom plus 2 additional people; these occupancy rules must be followed. Community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. In the case of an emergency call 911. Direct any questions about your stay and maintenance concerns to your Host. The building staff cannot provide keys or access devices. If you have any questions or issues, please contact your Host or platform. NO PETS at any time. Service animals are permitted if documentation is provided to the host and verified by the property. Trash: Please discard any trash within the enclosures onsite. Laundry: the onsite facilities, and all posted signs must be followed or access will be revoked. Skis, snowboards, and bicycles are allowed in units, however these items should be clean before bringing into the building and if any damage is caused to the Common Elements or inside the condo Guest may be responsible for damage and in-unit storage will be revoked. No hanging of laundry or any other items out on the balconies. Nothing can be left in the hallways. Parking is limited. You must abide by all posted rules and signage relating to Community parking. Parking passes are required at all times. Your vehicle may be towed if it is parked in violation of rules and signage or in an unauthorized location. Violations of any of the building rules may result in a fine per occurrence
