THE SPACE. Light-filled, open-concept living anchored by a waterfall marble island that begs for long breakfasts and wine-hour charcuterie. Elegant French doors open the whole living space to the yard, where the expansive turf lawn doubles as a private yoga studio under the sky, the firepit lounge gathers everyone after dark, and the outdoor shower turns a post-beach rinse into a ritual. Three serene bedrooms and two modern baths keep the reset going overnight, wrapped in high thread-count linens and designer finishes.

WELLNESS HERE. The full circuit lives on site: private sauna sessions, an open-air rinse in the outdoor shower, red light therapy indoors, sunrise yoga on the lawn, and trail miles through the eucalyptus. Few homes anywhere let you sauna, stretch, hike, and beach-walk without touching your car keys.

THE LOCATION. Goleta's quiet coast bordering 230 acres of open space and monarch butterfly grounds, with a scenic private path leading straight to the beach — and Santa Barbara's dining, wineries, and downtown just minutes away.

GOOD TO KNOW: This home is located near the Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) flight path — you may occasionally hear planes, though noise is significantly reduced indoors. Flight schedules are available at FlySBA.gov. The home is equipped with heating and ceiling/room fans in each bedroom; please note there is no air conditioning. As a reminder, refunds and credits are not available for noise, temperature, or similar property characteristics that are disclosed prior to booking.
