Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including the private garage (ski gear storage only, no parking), driveway.

As part of Summit Sky Ranch community amenities, guests also enjoy use of shared features such as the year‑round heated outdoor pool and multiple hot tubs, fitness room and wellness studio, communal gathering areas and in the warmer months private lake and beach with paddleboarding and boating, private hiking trail network, private Blue River fishing access, and outdoor fire pits and grills.

This home is located in the amenity-rich Summit Sky Ranch community, designed for year-round mountain living. Getting Around:

A car is recommended for this location. There’s no public shuttle nearby, but local destinations are an easy drive. Summit Sky Ranch’s trails and paths offer excellent on-foot access throughout the community.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4‑wheel drive or 2‑wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that Summit Sky Ranche amenities have specific hours and may be closed seasonally or due to maintenance outside of our control.

House Rules: No smoking, Pets are not allowed, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
