(Please Note): The homeowner resides on the property aboard a private houseboat located behind the home. You may notice his vehicle parked in the front, as he will occasionally come and go while accessing his residence.

Fishing enthusiasts will love casting right from the bay (the deck is not open for guests use due to safety hazards) with provided fishing poles and tackle, or simply relaxing on the covered porches and wraparound balconies.
