My family stayed together at this beautiful home while in town for my fathers funeral and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed, and the crib and kids’ toys made it especially great for the little ones.Mornings sipping coffee on the back patio while overlooking the pond were peaceful and exactly what we all needed. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and make some great memories as a family. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful kid/baby friendly home. It was absolutely perfect for our kids 4years old, 2 years old and 4 months old. Kids toys, plates, cups, cribs, bassinet, high chair, and more. It was very simply decorated and instructions where easy to follow for check in and check out. Would definitely rent again!

Home away from home

Located in a nice neighborhood. Thick and tall hedge along the driveway provided some privacy, but would be better to trim them down for parking. House was spacious for our group and all of us enjoyed the stay.

Nice home

We nick named it our “far away from home home” Very clean. So many blankets, towels, plates, and cups. Easy communication with owner. We would stay here again.

Packer game

Stayed one night, very clean and easy check in. Lots of little kids toys etc. could really use some cards or adult games. Water was also set for protection of very young children, could have been set a bit higher. Overall very nice location and communication with host.

Beautiful house

We rented the house for our whole family when we came into Jacksonville for a wedding. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had an abundance of towels and wash cloths for all the guests, which was great. The toys and baby equipment made our stay with the grandchildren easier. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was very conscientious and inquiring if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed for a week’s stay. . We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families with babies and small kids

Nice neighborhood, clean house! house is great for babies and toddlers. Has a crib and bassinet, bouncy seat, floor toys for babies and many toys for toddlers. Even had a child lock on the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen. House was well stocked with all the soaps and paper items one typically uses. They kindly provided a few snacks, tea and coffee. We were only there one night so we didn’t fully utilize the kitchen to know how well stocked it was, definitely had plenty of plates and glasses, including some for kids. I would stay here again if I plan to stay in Jacksonville again.

Host is a creep and a scammer

Host harassed us from the time we parked and brought our groceries inside. Then sat outside the house threatening each guest that she was calling the police as they walked inside. There’s cameras all around the house and also audio ring cameras inside the house which is extremely creepy and an invasion of privacy! 0 out of 10 would not recommend anyone to book with her! The ad stated that the house can sleep up to 10 people but as soon as she seen 10 people, she considers it a party and cancels your reservation and keeps your money. She need to take this house off the the site because clearly she does not want people to stay there. I later found out that she did the same thing to a friend of mine last year. And there was ROACHES on the bed! I have pics of them. She has some nerve!! I have never had this experience with any place I e booked and I have been booking houses for years.

Thank you for your fake response Shanika! Overall, you booked for 8 guests and were more than 20 guests inside the house. The reservation was cancelled due to violations of the rules VRBO and the House. Second the police was involved to resolve the issue that you made in the house as a birthday party- the house is not a public place! it is a vacation rental were guests can relax …., the third - you lied about your friend that booked last year with me- my property was listed in January,2024. In addition no roaches in the bed - you are the person who wanted a free stay and destroyed the house - scammer person. Fifth - you verbally abused me in front of 3 sheriffs officers and your own husband that couldn’t stand next to you and he left to not be involved in your dishonest yelled on the host and sheriffs officers . The last - hope God and life will teach you to be more honest and respectful to other people in this life. God bless you and your entire family and your friend that you mentioned in the review with a lie.
