Welcome to “The Boys of Summer Rentals”! Enjoy miles of unobstructed ocean views with a sandy beach just steps away. Relax on the spacious covered porch with refreshing sea breezes while watching dolphins and boats pass by. Inside, you’ll find new flooring, fresh paint, and stylish shiplap details throughout. The fully fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets, and you’re a short walk to restaurants, shops, and groceries—plus direct beach access for endless coastal fun.

Enjoy new flooring, fresh paint, and beautiful shiplap boards throughout this oceanfront gem. Inside, the spacious great room offers direct ocean views with no neighbors on either side.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals, complemented by a large ocean-view dining table seating 8 for memorable family gatherings. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves in the two front bedrooms.

The smart split floor plan means each side of the home has its own bathrooms. Sleep comfortably with 1 King bed, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Your stay includes sheets, towels, 3 TVs, a full-size washer and dryer, Netflix, and fast WiFi.

Step outside to a unique hot/cold outdoor shower by the ocean—listen to the waves as you rinse off.

Conveniently walk to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and shops.

We allow 2 pets (up to 100 lbs).

Minimum stay: 3 days, except June through August when rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a 7-day minimum.

The rental was as expected. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond, We did not have any issues but did have to contact him a couple of times. The views of the ocean and the sunsets were amazing.

Great pet-friendly beach house

We really enjoy that the property is right on the beach with a large deck that provides shade. Appreciated the deck updates (we were last there in 2019). The fenced-in feature is great for our dog. Enjoyed our stay!

Day at The Beach

Great location. Close to everything, beach, grocery store, souvenirs, restaurants. Rockers on the porch were awesome. Watched the waves, dolphins, migrating sea birds, stars and satellites for hours. Would rent again.

Big Family Time

My sister and a lot of her family stayed at Pack House across the street and my baby sister, my neice and a friend of hers stayed at Boys of Summer. It was PERFECT!!! The beach deck is the most outstanding gathering point! We all loved every single second! Thanks for sharing your fabulous place!!
