Built in 1921, this warm and cozy two-level home features original hardwood floors, a living room, kitchen, dining room, one full bathroom, and three bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a front porch and a fenced backyard with two-tier decking, a fire pit, and a dog waste area.

The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining seating for five with extra seating at the island, a computer station, and a living room with books, games, and an oversized couch that can sleep one (possibly two). Upstairs, you’ll find a full bathroom stocked with essentials and three bedrooms, each with TVs (Firestick with popular streaming apps), extra linens, and chairs in two rooms.

Outside, the driveway fits up to three vehicles depending on size, with additional free street parking available.

* Primary bedroom has a sitting area - Queen size bed (If needed, the sitting area would be able to fit up to a full-size air mattress or rollaway bed)
* The 2-bedroom - Queen size bed
* The 3-bedroom full size bed. Guests will have full access to the main level, second-floor level, front porch, and backyard. (Guess will not have access to ground level as it is periodically occupied. PLEASE NOTE, the occupant does not share any space that guest has access to. There is a separate entry door to the ground level that only the occupant will have access to.)
